“Went at the beginning of dinner and it was great! We regular hot pot locations frequently but this was our first experience at a buffet style one, and we loved it! Our kids enjoyed the sauce bar making things to thier liking, and actually seeing the food before ordering it. Definitely will be back!“

“I took my mom to the Edgewood Blvd Lansing one yesterday 5.10.24 at 4:15 pm and the food was fabulous. Better than it ever has been. I haven't ever complained about their food and last night was no different, but whatever they did it was all cooked way above perfection. I have not gone anywhere that I can remember and had such an amazing meal as last nights. I usually save some to take home to the hubby, but not this time. I ate it all except a dog scrap piece 😆(that's what the waitress called it). I got the 6oz sirloin (med well) and ribs & mom got the sirloin and shrimp. The ribs were extremely tender and the sirloin was so juicy and perfect. The ribs are always delicious, but will still have just a touch of dryness to them. Last night the meat was flaky and fell off the bone with barely a touch. The service was excellent too. I can't remember our waitresses name, but very friendly and right on top of it. Even my mom said the waitress did a good job. Last night was definitely worth the over-tip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟“

We also got some of the specialty pizzas to try…. bBQ chicken was very good, the Mac & cheese pizza was a huge hit! Service was great, pizza was ready on time and still hot when we got home! “I have lived around here a while now and frequented this Taco Bell often. What I have seen is a continual effort to be better. I honestly believe the staff puts in real effort and works hard. I had previously rated this place lower, but the staff are great. The only issue this place ever has it that it the only place open after midnight. It’s not uncommon to see long drive through line, but I no doubt that they are working as fast as anyone would. The few times there has ever been any issue they have fixed it. Tonight I ordered through a third party and a side sauce was missing (2AM on a Saturday ) I called, and put in another delivery and they added everything missing. Even though I’m sure they were swamped they went out of their way to make it right“
