Dry chicken never going back again and the wait is crazy I don’t recommend the snack wraps they are so bad hard rock what waste of money

Person working the windows seemed like they didn’t want to be there. They didn’t put the sauce I asked for in the bag and almost forgot to give me my drink. My chicken tenders are mid at best :/

Staff is very friendly and work in a timely manner! Food was hot and fresh!! One of my favorite spots to stop at!! The store was very clean and there was a great atmosphere!!! 10/10 do recommend!!

I went there today to get the pickle lemonade and they discontinued it how can u discontinue something that was so good and now I’m not happy with them

Rude workers that
Smell like smoke. They don't use gloves or wash their hands .
Old nasty food. All Spanish workers with little English.

I stopped by a couple of weeks ago to pick up a large order for a customer, and while I was only the delivery person, the experience left much to be desired.

The customer, a senior I assist as a personal assistant, had tried calling in to add three meals to her original order. She was told it couldn’t be done over the phone, so she asked me to place and pay for them in person — which I did. However, she was also charged for those same three meals on her original receipt… and they weren’t even included in the bag.

In the end, she was double charged and had to go through a frustrating process to get it resolved.

The food quality? I can’t comment. But the lack of clear communication and the billing issue reflect poorly on the customer service. Had things been handled better, the extra meals would’ve been ready when I arrived — not something I had to reorder, repay, and wait on.

The good first: chicken sandwich was delicious and the fries were tasty but not very warm. I dined in the restaurant. The bad: no carbonation in the soda, which was flat. Service was indifferent to say the least. The workers don't seem very happy to be there. Their sandwich may be competitive with Chick Fillet, but the customer experience is nowhere near it and needs improvement.

Didn’t get part of my order and I ordered spicy and got mild ; I’ve Always liked the food and service at the one on MLK S Lansing but I am very disappointed with the service they gave on w Saginaw , I doubt I will go back to them
