I like Popeyes chicken wings, so I got a variety of sauces. It's expensive to eat anywhere these days and I'm still a bit surprised at times with cost. I thought the wings and fries were really good; it's fast food, so atmosphere is what I expected. Service was good, no disappointment there. My wife had the spicey sandwich and really liked it.

Had a bad experience my first time, but tried it again tonight. Placed a mobile order online. Went through the drive through. Waited for about 20 minutes for 2 cars in front of me. When i finally got up there, they handed me the bag with my food. I looked through it and they didn't include my sauce OR a utensil for my mashed potatoes. The girl got huffy when i asked for my sauce . I didn't even realize in the moment they didn't put in my 6 piece wings I had ordered. By time time I realized I was to far down the road to turn around.Fries were cold and not fresh, shrimp was fine.Overall, AVOID this place. The works don't give a crap and it shows all over the food and the attitudes. I will never go here again.

We sat at the drive through for half an hour after ordering, each time I have ordered here I have been sent to the second window and have sat for a long amount of time, their customer service is horrible and didn’t get our food until we sent someone in to check the status of our food. Over all not worth it.

I just asked a question on if they wait for Dasher to arrive to start the order then they couldn't answer that question and told me "to cancel the order and GET OUT" after waiting more than 30 mins for my order. I reported the same to doordash and we (32+) dashers are not accepting orders from this restaurant where dashers are not respected......we will definitely spread the word to other dashers.

When I pulled to the window the employee just stared at me until I handed him the money. Then hands me a small lemonade and I say its supposed to be a large.he then tells me there is only 1 size lemonade "Boss". I'm not going to call the guy out for absolutely lying to me. And I can tell by the attitude he's probably hating his life. But I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering someone when I order from the drive thru.

I called the store because it said they were temporarily closed on doordash. I'd planned on a fairly large order over $100. When I got someone to answer, they were nasty, and I couldnt believe how they were treating people. I called another store and was told someone at the store had to unlock it because they were the one who restricted it. The person who answered my call only gave me to a manager after I asked for the franchise owner and district manager contact info. The manager tried to fix it, and she called me back about an hour later. She asked if I would look and see if it was working yet, but it wasn't. I was told I'd get a callback, but didn't ever hear back. I ended up scrambling for something different after 3hrs of waiting for it to be fixed, and I had company close to arriving at my place. We were looking forward to trying popeyes for the first time, but since we were lied to, we won't be trying it at all. My kids were disappointed as they'd wanted to try it. Not your company's finest interaction

We went through the drive through to for two chicken sandwiches. The cashier took my credit card and held onto it for over 3 minutes while we waited outside. Then another employee attempted to hand us our food without even giving my card back. After finally giving the card back, the employee walked away and left us waiting for another minute or so on a receipt, which we were denied upon asking. This whole interaction was suspicious at best, and I will be sure to carefully monitor my credit card statements for a while.
