My friend ordered a bowl today with a shell bowl. The shell was not cooked properly. It is doughy and soft. We are working and cannot leave to get a replacement meal. We sent one worker to get everyone’s orders. She called back to let them know and a man answered who claimed to be the manager on 12/6/25 at 1:00 pm. He argued with her and said it didn’t matter if the shell is uncooked because it is, “complimentary,” and accused her of trying to get a free meal. She’s entitled to the meal she paid for. I love Qdoba and so does everyone at work, but we can’t patronize a place that disrespects customers.

The online order pickup being next door to the Qdoba is genius. Very effective time saver
Online ordering is trash from here, half the items I ordered weren’t even in the bowl. Equal to slop or dog food. Qdoba also didn’t donate in 2020 to the local college fair so it makes sense they’re cheap.

I ordered nachos, and got a side chips with queso. My food was so very salty I could not eat it. I love salt on my food, but this was a bit much. I tried to call the store to speak to a manager, not for more food, but to let them know that they need to check out their food so no one will get sick. But their phone was not operational. So I called W. Saginaw store to let them know what's going on. Please if you have high blood pressure, stay away from them until they fix whatever is going on.
