The service person was nice but the food wasn't great according to my kids I was unable to eat because they forgot the fries. I wish they wouldn't of forgotten them because now my night is ruined after working all day I can't even have a nice dinner.

They use the same fryer for both sweet and savory items, so my fish and fries taste like the funnel cake fries. The burger patty is overly salty.

Order the fish sandwiches for the two for $6.50 and the chili dog and a double rally cheeseburger and the fish was hard and rubbery could not complete the meal there was no cheese or onions added to the chili dogs

The owner was very VERY rude, and not about “customer service” at all. My wings were nasty, I took them right back, and the “Owner” would NOT exchange for different food or a refund, and was very rude about it. If it wasn’t for the CUSTOMERS you would NOT be in business. Business rule #1: Try to make the customer happy.

Rally's was good, it's fast food can't expect nothing too special honestly. But I love the new T Pain meal deal, I think that's awesome and the best $5 meal deal around. Always love the fries from there, can't go wrong nor the chili dog
