They gave me raw uncooked chicken, and refused to replace it because they says they didn't cook it.... thats obvious, that you didn't cook it, it's raw! They kept the half eaten raw sandwich but refused to replace it or refused my money! Manager was more worried about he didn't cook it then being helpful on any kinda level. You must have failed your serve safe course, your the manager, your responsible to make sure everything leaving your store is safe to consume! Now people are sick... but let me guess you don't care cause you didn't cook it! Someone needs to get this joker outta the food industry! Health department, corporate and my lawyer have been contacted! Thanks for your concern! Not to mention the slushi machine doesn't get cleaned and the slushis taste like mold.

Ordered DoorDash and the bag was not secured at all. Drink did not have a tamper free sticker on it either. Please seal bags and drinks for delivery orders.

Took my order then when I got to the window told me to pull to the front and wait. Waited 20 minutes then went through the drivethrough again just to be told I was forgotten about and to pull up again and wait. Took another 15 minutes. Also Sunday at 2pm the lobby was closed. Will not be returning.

When I asked the manager why they would serve food so old he said I was wrong, told me i was rude, and refused my refund. I offered the food back but he still said no. Then he hung up on me. This place needs to be inspected my the health department. Disgusting. they keep saying they will continue to improve but they don't even attempt to fix the problem. don't take my word for it, keep scrolling the rest of these reviews.

Don’t go after 1030 or I’m not sure when they start the night shift. It happened to me 2 times in the same week. All They’re going to say is “Are you Grubhub, Uber eats blah blah blah. We’re only taking orders from them because we don’t have enough staff” I’m literally the only car in line lmao Won’t go here in day or night time again.
