I want it known and understood. Serving TWO raw chicken sandwiches is beyond my comprehension. I got a full refund. But now, im sitting at the ER feeling the nausea and sweats from eating uncooked chicken.
I want it known that people will WAIT FOR FULLY COOKED FOOD. So pay attention to your timers on the fryer. Do not pull chicken when its not even CLOSE to being ready.
John. Do better. Yes I am calling you all the way out for serving death between two buns. Think about it next time you drop the fry basket. If this turns into a medical issue and my health is compromised considering my condition. You'll be hearing from me again.

The burger was so tasty. The fries where good too! Definitely a quality burger far better than McDonald's. Reminds me of Culver's burgers.

Came at 12:39am and was told they were not able to take my order because they are only serving doordash customers never heard of this in my life will be definitely contacting the manager as well as corporate smh if you can make food for doordash you can make food for a regular customer correct

Just Awful.....Drove in and noticed the big signs advertising for $4 $5 & $6 Glo meal deal. (Small med large). So I ordered the medium through a automated non-human drive-thru speaker. When I got done ordering the $5 special as advertised all over signs, the speaker told me $6.03 total. Well I know that tax isn't over a dollar. So I arrived to the window and stated that wasn't correct, as I should have been $5.30 and had my cash ready... well the employee told me that there was tax, And then later argued that I ordered a medium, then argued that it was $5.69 (while I said the signs clearly said $5 for medium). More arguing from the employee acting like I don't know that there's tax on an item, And I don't know what the difference is between a medium and a small.... Well I can assure you I am certainly familiar with both. I also checked Rally's website afterwards and the other LOCAL STORES ARE $5 for a medium. Not $5.69!!! I could have paid the extra but I'm tired of the mispriced items, false advertising and rude employees. I said I didn't want it (over principle and didn't need to be a Rallys's customer that bad) and drove off and could hear the employee cussing at me. Exactly why I don't frequent fast food places like this very often. Never again.
