Red Lobster

I recently had an amazing experience at Red Lobster! The service was outstanding, thanks to my server, Rayne, who went above and beyond to make the meal enjoyable. I highly recommend it—10/10!

We had a wonderful experience at the Red Lobster in Lansing, Michigan, thanks to our excellent server. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The seafood was fresh and delicious, and the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were excellent. The service really stood out, making the whole dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. We’ll definitely be coming back for both the great food and the fantastic service!

The quality has gone way down. Sad food, with expensive prices, slow service. I felt totally ripped off.

IT WAS THE WORST MEAL I EVER HAD, WENT FOR MY BIRTHDAY, EVERYTHING WAS COLD TOOK TO THE WRONG TABLE FIRST AND EXPECTED US TO EAT IT AFTER IT WAS SAT IN FRONT OF SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS COUGHING. THEN DROPPED HALF THE FOOD ON THE FLOOR. WOULD NOT GET US A MANAGER TO TALK TO. THIS WAS ON NOVEMBER 22nd. TOLD MY IN LAWS ABOUT IT AND THEY JUST WENT THERE AND SAID SAME THING WORST MEAL EVER THERE QUALITY OF FOOD WAS POOR AND SO WAS SERVICE. I WONT BE BACK!!!

Breanna (Bre) is a wonderful person. we were pleased to have her as our server. the older couple seated in the booth behind us stated they were pleased with her as well .

I had an amazing dining experience at Red Lobster, all thanks to Tori's exceptional service! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Throughout the meal, Tori was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, ensuring our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. She offered great recommendations, making the menu choices even easier, and her genuine enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to come across such outstanding service, and Tori truly went above and beyond. I can't wait to return and hope to be served by her again! Highly recommend!
