Red Lobster

The food was great, but service was very slow. We could've left at least 20 minutes earlier than we got to.

Coconut shrimp and orzo was great. Wish manager could have figured out my open table reward coupon though. Surprised he didn't even know his restaurant accepted Open Table. That was weird.

I was very disappointed with our meal last week. I ordered the ultimate feast, which is one of my favorites, and I asked if the crab legs were small, I didn't want them...well they were really small and nothing was hot except the shrimp scampi. The baked potatoe was not completely done and it was cold too. The time before this visit the food was what I came to expect from Red Lobster in the 40 years I've eaten at your restaurant. I don't mind paying the exorbitant prices if the food is good. I will take a break from RL.

My only concern is that I realized Red Lobster specializes in sea food, but it would be nice if they offered 2 additional non seafood options for dinner.

Dinner was great. The food came out perfectly cooked and in a timely manner. The store was not busy maybe 6 other tables but the staff was still very attentive and customer focused. Over all I would recommend eating here.

Kearra at Red Lobster provided an exceptional dining experience! Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our meal truly enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Five stars for Kearra!

We had a wonderful experience at the Red Lobster in Lansing, Michigan, thanks to our excellent server. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The seafood was fresh and delicious, and the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were excellent. The service really stood out, making the whole dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. We’ll definitely be coming back for both the great food and the fantastic service!

The quality has gone way down. Sad food, with expensive prices, slow service. I felt totally ripped off.
