Dinner was great. The food came out perfectly cooked and in a timely manner. The store was not busy maybe 6 other tables but the staff was still very attentive and customer focused. Over all I would recommend eating here.

Kearra at Red Lobster provided an exceptional dining experience! Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our meal truly enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Five stars for Kearra!

We had a wonderful experience at the Red Lobster in Lansing, Michigan, thanks to our excellent server. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The seafood was fresh and delicious, and the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were excellent. The service really stood out, making the whole dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. We’ll definitely be coming back for both the great food and the fantastic service!

IT WAS THE WORST MEAL I EVER HAD, WENT FOR MY BIRTHDAY, EVERYTHING WAS COLD TOOK TO THE WRONG TABLE FIRST AND EXPECTED US TO EAT IT AFTER IT WAS SAT IN FRONT OF SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS COUGHING. THEN DROPPED HALF THE FOOD ON THE FLOOR. WOULD NOT GET US A MANAGER TO TALK TO. THIS WAS ON NOVEMBER 22nd. TOLD MY IN LAWS ABOUT IT AND THEY JUST WENT THERE AND SAID SAME THING WORST MEAL EVER THERE QUALITY OF FOOD WAS POOR AND SO WAS SERVICE. I WONT BE BACK!!!
