We had a great server today—Mallory! The food was yummy. Best burger I’ve had in a while (smashed avocado and bacon). We had our four foster kids with us and she was patient, gracious and very helpful! We will be back!

Beware of getting your rewards on your account posted! I was there Tuesday 1-28-25 and Saturday 2-1-25 both times gave my number to the waitress and both times they told me they put it in on my account but my account is not showing they were it's the same points I had before I went to there! Very frustrating! Update as of 2-6-25 this was credited to my account after contacting the customer support they got my account fixed in a very quick manner!

Didn't really impress me on this visit service was slow and they weren't busy at all servers just standing around talking and I watched one of the cooks blow into his glove to inflat it before he put it on which definitely goes against food safety

Went there last weekend to celebrate my mom's bday and half the party ended up sick. Everyone that got a burger. 3 days later both she and my husband are still sick. Needless to say I doubt any of us will be going back.

In response to the response. My mom called Monday to report what happened. They took her phone number and apologized but thats about it.

We were seated quickly. Our server was kind enough to let us know it was happy hour for a few more minutes, so if we were quick, we could get $7 appetizers. We opted for chips and queso fundido and cheesy mozzarella twists.
The queso was COLD when it came out. Luke warm would be a compliment in this situation. However, we couldn't find or get our server's attention to send it back. Finally we just flagged someone else down and sent it back. The cheese sticks were good though.
My burger (Cowboy ranch) is a smaller size burger which I really appreciate but it was GREASY. Like I seriously don't understand how it was that greasy being that small! It was good if it wasn't for that. The fries are just basic frozen steak fries. They're not fresh.
My step-daughter ordered her burger well done. It was medium rare at best. This is their specialty, and they missed the mark by that far!
I know dining out isn't cheap, but the bill was $75! For 3 burgers with fries, two appetizers and 3 soft drinks. Ouch!
It has been years since I went to Red Robin. After this experience, it will probably be years before I go back. Nothing was awful, but I can find better places to spend my money.

I stopped by to take a break from Holiday shopping I tried the Lava Burger and it was delicious well seasoned and cooked just right, the burger was not overcooked 🙂this was a treat to eat.

The mozzarella sticks were fabulous! Our waitress was great too. I got a chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken patty was super thin and way over cooked. Fries were soggy. My husband's garlic fries were closer to mashed potatoes. The ranch was super thin, like water thin. We were seated at a booth toward the back with a large ledge beside it, the ledge was dirty, looked like some onions stuck on it. Probably won't go back. It was $60 for my husband and myself.
