I'm extremely pissed about paying an extra $3.00 for a premium side and got 4 onion rings. Seriously?!?!? 4 small onion rings for $3.00!!! Complete ripoff!! Plus Bottomless sides are a joke!! Hardly any fries on our plates. Plus Couldn't get more fries because we never seen our server until they brought our check. Our server wasn't the greatest. Never checked if we needed anything. Never got a refill on any of our drinks. Had to walk up to the server station and get napkins myself.Red Robin has gone downhill extremely!! I wanted to refuse to pay that $70 check. It was definitely not even worth $30.Avoid this place!! There are much better places to go!!

The food was amazing but the fries needed more seasoning. The service was amazing! My server was so nice and sweet! The atmosphere was nice and kinda playful. The bathrooms were a bit nasty and there were a couple of baby flies all around our food after they gave us are food. Had to kill one with my hand (of course I washed my hands.)

My sister and I took 6 kids under 10 here for lunch. The server was running her butt off and did an amazing job. The bottomless fries were a hit with the kids. My kids love it every time we go here.

I waited a very long time for my meal. Waitress didn't care to even have that much verbal talk with me and ignored me. My plate came out and the egg was so runny and barley cooked and then I had to wait more time. When the next plate came out my photo fries were cold and hard the egg was the same one and with no yoke at all and burnt! I thought I would try to eat at this place again because the first time was bad but clearly it must be all of them the at nit good. The first one was in Colorado, this one in lansing michigan.
