We went around 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon, didn't order drinks, maybe that was the reason for the terrible service.When we walked in there were no signs saying we needed to seat ourselves or wait, so we just sat. A minute later, our waitress shows up and takes our order and that was the last time she spoke to us without being flagged down first. We had to ask for literally everything. Refills, salt and pepper, condiments, boxes, our check. Everything. She didn't ask us once if we needed anything, and seemed to be avoiding us as she took care of every other table. I saw her constantly refilling drinks at the bar, then she'd walk straight past us and go to the kitchen without a glance our way. Food was subpar, but she doesn't control that.

Took a really long time to get our drinks. When we got them 2 of the beers were flat, one of them was a short when we ordered a tall, we asked for cherries in one of the beers and they didnt put them in there. we also asked for waters and they forgot them. When we ordered food they told us the oven wasn't working, narrowing the menu down significantly and when the food came, one of the orders was still wrong. When the checks came, I had one beer and the waitress charged me for the wrong beer. Once I got the correct check, I paid $6.50 for a flat Sam Adam's Dummer Ale that was flat.

A large menu with late night service and a full bar with many drink specials make Reno's a hotspot for gatherings ! Local entertainment is fun on the patio in the summer months ! Dart boards and other activities add excitement indoors . Friends often choice Reno's to meet . However, the service, although friendly, is slow as a two toed sloth ! So , relax , take a load off , and take your time . Enjoy a pizza, some nachos , a drink or something more and have fun with friends or make new ones at Reno's West ! ( Or try a visit at Reno's East !)

WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. How do you mess up pizza? It's really not that difficult, but somehow Renos managed to strongly disappoint me. My fiancé and I ordered a cheese pizza, and it was just coated with a stringy, cheap-tasting cheese with a soggy crust. You are better offer getting a frozen one from the store and paying 1/3 the price of theirs. We will not be going back.

Pricey, they've video games and pool tables but neither coin changer worked. Got change from the bartender to play the $1 a game pinball machine and the right side flippers were broke. Did enjoy watching one of the side bar bartenders spend the whole time I was there playing on her phone as the main bartender did everything.

Very bad. Every Reno’s bar has the same service. SLOW. If you want food, be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour. Even for appetizers. A friend of mine waited 20 minutes just to get his tab printed and to pay.

Extremely dirty in the restroom. Paid for pool and there was no chalk to use. Asked the bartender for some and she just disappeared after saying she would look for me. The chalk for the dart boards weren't great either. You can tell it's not being taken care of. Will not go back.
