The REO town pub is the best bar in Lansing—scratch that—the world. Don’t believe me? I’m sorry, you know a different bar that has hand carved wooden spoons for sale in the back of house? How about steak night on Wednesdays? What about the drink-it-forward board? Grow up. Grow up and order a hotdog, to go with your complimentary popcorn. I didn’t even mention the bartenders? Grow up. Five stars.

First time in the pub and Mary and Marcus treated me like a regular! When they found out it was my 1st time in Lansing they provided me with many insights into the city and even mapped out an itinerary for me. The beer and bourbon selections are great, the food from the BBQ place next door was excellent (they even brought it to me in the bar when it was ready!), and the conversation was the best part of my visit. I like to stop here for lunch, especially when the weather is nice. They open up the bay door, so I enjoy a handheld with some fresh air and a view of Reo Town. The service is always very polite, friendly and professional.
