Catering/Wedding - Look no further, Saddleback should 110% be your choice for your wedding or large event! Wow! We are so impressed with Saddleback's impeccable service and flavor. We had approximately 140 guests, and every single one of them were raving about the food. We got the brisket, chicken, corn casserole, collard greens, and mac n cheese - everyone loved everything. It was the perfect amount, and we even had leftovers.

The staff was very professional and came on time to set things up. They were so friendly, and did everything efficiently!

Even when we set up the tasting, you could tell that Saddleback not only cares about their food - but they genuinely care about their customers. Overall, this was a perfect experience that made our wedding amazing!

We had Slice by Saddleback cater our wedding back in June and it was a hit!! I have always wanted to have pizza and bbq for our wedding dinner and their different pizza selections are amazing. The dill pickle pizza is top teir highly recommend! The pizza truck was driven to our wedding location and made the pizza fresh. Our guests loved the pizza with our selections of sides. We got a ton of compliments on the food during and after the wedding. The staff were courteous and even gave us a cute gift bag congratulating us on getting married. I cannot say enough good things about the catering manager Brynn, she was phenomenal in helping us through the whole process!! I would highly recommend them for any event!

Great experience working with setting everything up for my daughters graduation party to hiring one of their people to help manage the food and everything turned out great, cant say I had one issue with the entire process. My daughters grad party consisted of over 200 people.

We had Saddleback BBQ cater our daughter’s open house and it turned out perfect. Their employee, Jacob, brought the food right on time and was beyond helpful with making everything go smoothly. 6 months prior to the event, I received guidance from Brynn on how much food was needed and I have to say—there was not much left over which is exactly what we wanted. Everyone told us how much they enjoyed their meals. I would highly recommend Saddleback to anyone.

Saddleback catered our graduation party and the food was amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say people are still talking about it a week later. Brynn was amazing to plan with and had lots of experience, so she was able to guide me in quantities while keeping things in my price range. On the day of, the caterer was excellent. Took care of everything—loading, unloading, packing up leftovers, and obviously serving and chatting with guests. We had pulled pork & chicken, Mac and cheese, baked beans (a huge hit), and Cole slaw. I highly recommend using Saddleback for a catered party. We’ll be using them again for our next one.

The staff is amazing and it was very clean. But if you do not like very very very very sweet bbq this is not the place for you. Example I ordered fries and they came with the house blend seasoning and pretty much everything we ordered had it on it... I am sure the main ingredients are brown sugar, white sugar. So my fries tasted like an elephant ear. All 3 meats we ordered the same. So basically we spent 55 dollars for Halloween. Meats were cooked perfectly they just all tasted like sugar everything did. My Dr. Pepper was actually the most zesty thing at the table. 2 out of 10

Slice by Saddleback knocked it out of the park for our daughter's open house. They were incredibly professional and communicated throughout the day updating us on how it was going and the next steps. The staff was very positive and so pleasant to all the guests. We highly recommend them.

We have used Saddleback multiple times for big events and they never disappoint! Food is great! Staff is readily available to help in every way and every event has ran smoothly, and has been successful! Definitely recommend!

Excellent service, knowledgeable about all the food options and calculations based on our numbers. I got rave reviews from lots of the participants. Everyone I spoke to loved the food. Saddleback did an amazing job for the Michigan Dental Association "Yooper Party" honoring the MDA President. It was fabulous!! I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!

I can’t say enough good things about Brynn and the Saddleback BBQ catering team! We hired them to cater a pre-rodeo reception for donors and friends at the MSU Pavilion and couldn’t have been happier with the food. Brynn made the process so easy, from offering suggestions when it came to setting the menu, to setting up the day of, and following up after the event. The food was phenomenal, we had rave reviews from guests, and I personally can’t wait to bring family and friends to Saddleback for dinner so they can experience it as well. This definitely won’t be the last time we hire them for an event!
