Price gouging is a pejorative term referring to when a seller spikes the prices of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair, and is considered exploitative, potentially to an unethical extent. This describes Sam's café to the fullest extent! No prices are marked so he charges as he pleases. How do we go from paying $1.00 for a pop tart one week to $1.50 and then back down to $1.25? Regular candy and small bags of chips range from $1 to $1.25 whenever he feels. $0.50 for a PUMP OF CREAMER!!! I stopped buying from there months ago but my coworkers constantly complain and I tell them to stop going and maybe he will change his ways. He is also rude to his employees and struggles to maintain a consistent staff.

Very disappointed that the size of the soup bowls have decreased dramatically yet the price remains the same. I use to really like this café but now I really just don't go down there because of quality and pricing. :(

I don't even think it deserves 1 star. The selection is sparse. It has gone downhill incredibly fast.
