i didnt even get to the food. i stood at the counter waiting for the gentlemen to get off texting on his phone. no acknowledgement from him whatsoever. someone came out of the kitchen and said something to him, he went right back to his phone. i left.

Food is great but the listening skills for the new guy at the cashier and the attitude needs improvement. I understand being busy, but if you’re in customer service in the food industry, you should be listening to the order that’s being placed and not your attitude when you mess up Went in there today ordered okra with no seasoning and he goes put regular okra and then when we go up and say hey, look we ordered no no seasoning not only does. He gives us an attitude because he messed up our order. I tried to pay for a drink and it had timed out before I was able to Place my card on the reader and he gave me an attitude when I told him that I had timed out could he please re-fix it so I can pay for it and straight up, looked at me and gave me an attitude and so what do you want me to do about it I’m sorry but he should not be working. Messed up my order, but he messed up someone else’s order completely the whole thing and I’m sorry but he should not be working there if he’s not gonna pay attention and he can’t place the order properly. Have decent customer service
