Ordered a pizza and it barely had cheese and we ordered extra cheese. Actually took it back to show them and they couldn't do anything because we ordered thru door dash. Door dash did nothing about it

Love Royal Feast from Sir Pizza mine on Cedar St closed so had to go to West Saint Joe's St and Creytes? Rd to get one and it was horrible the crust was not cooked all the way and was like chewing bubble gum, rawish so as not to have to drive all the way there again I fried the bottom in my fry pan , when I called the manager didn't even say sorry about that .... So guess I never get my Royal Feast against 😟

Tried out Sir Pizza and honestly… the whole meal felt like it was cooked by an unsupervised 8th grader experimenting in the kitchen. The flavors weren’t balanced, the texture was off, and the only real audience I could see enjoying it might be the family dog. Definitely one of those spots where I wish I’d scrolled the reviews before ordering.

Order was completely wrong... Orderd a baked cheddar and broccoli potato add extra butter, ham, and sour cream...I only got ham...
After the closing of DeLuca's, Sir Pizza has moved to the top of my Lansing pizza list. Very unique taste.

Now I see why the one on cedar closed and the one in old town can't stay open.... The cheese on the small taco pizza was hardly melted and instead of ground beef there was Italian sausage which was weird (they could have just called me and said they were out of beef..) there was hardly any sauce on the cheese pizza and the garlic cheese bread was just awful. Almost $50 for two small pizzas, one large and an order of bad garlic bread...not worth it and I wouldn't be surprised if all the locations closed soon

Awful. Steer clear. You ever had those little totinos pizzas you throw in the oven for about 2 bucks. Imagine that only half cooked, mushy and 50 times the price! Pathetic. If I were eating in I’d tip the server and walk tf out! Shoulda gave my 52 dollars to st Jude’s! Btw this is probably my first review. I’m pissed. If you like this garbage you left the oven half cooked to!
