The food is great. The staff is beyond good, top notch customer service. The restaurant is clean and well lit. Nothing fancy as far as ambiance goes, but the staff is friendly.Parking: Easy parking, tons of spaceWheelchair accessibility: Easy parking for any kind of handicapped vehicles. I came in on 3/26/24 at 7:30 (didnt realize they close at 8 felt horrible) but the service was absolutely amazing! Very friendly staff smiled from the moment I walked in. The food is always amazing. If you want great pizza and amazing customer service this is the place for you!

In town for a few days for work and gave this place a shot. The Chicken and Waffle was amazing. Thin crust, cheesy, crispy waffle and the perfect amount of maple syrup. Just enough to taste it. My new favorite pizza. Too bad I live over 3 hours away!

If you like a charcoal crust on your pizza, this is the place for you. First time I went there and it will definitely be the last. I had a pick up order, so I didn't notice the issue until I arrived back at home. Called and asked about this and was told that "I is a wood fired oven so there may be some charing. Never expected what I got. We do not like burnt crust. When I called the person said they would talk with their manager an call me back. Thirty minutes later, no response from the west Lansing location. Will never forget this experience.
With prices that high you’d think flavored crust would be free. You want $2.50 so an employee can brush melted garlic butter on a pizza then sprinkle parm on it… and that’s hilariously absurd.
