Social Sloth catered our daughter's rehearsal dinner, and it was excellent. The food was flavorful, fresh and festive. I consulted with them on a menu for a dinner for 30, while taking dietary restrictions into account. Chef Aybars was easy to work with in terms of choosing dishes, dietary information, scheduling delivery and payment. The diners loved the food and the meal helped make the evening memorable.

social sloth is an amazing mom and pop shop me and my wife love to go to. The atmosphere is great the food is authentic and the flavors are refreshing, unique and delicious!
Today I was able to introduce a friend to Social Sloth and they didn’t disappoint! We each had the Sucuk and Eggs with shredded cheese and homemade bread and a delicious latte. Then of course I had to have some Turkish Delights to go! Everything was wonderful as usual including the atmosphere and the service.

Regarding the reviewer below that gave the Social Sloth one star, I was sitting in the café when he went out and told the person the parking spot was his. He didn't yell in an aggressive way but spoke loud enough so the person could hear him. Yes there were 1 many parking places open which he could've parked in. Social Sloth is an awesome café and the owners are great people.

The owner decided to come out and yell at me the second I parked in his spot (nobody parked anywhere around me by the way) because I was walking into saddle back. I told him I would be right out but he continued to yell about me being in his spot and be unnecessarily rude. The funny thing is I was about to walk into HIS store for a beverage and a bakery item but after he decided to come out and yell at me 3 seconds after parking I'll be going elsewhere.

A small casual establishment with a small selection of very delicious dishes and very attentive staff. I brought my girlfriend for lunch on a Thursday and we had a good time. We had some lentil soup, salad, chicken, kofta and tomato rice. For desserts, Turkish coffees, a baklava and an almond cookie. The dishes were all delicious, including the coffee and deserts. The staff was charming, attentive and brought all the dishes warm and at the right time of the meal. It was a very pleasant lunch. I hope to have lunch again there soon.

Great little lunch spot with fun decor and wonderful food. The cheese sandwich is my personal favorite. Every time I’ve gone the staff is welcoming and helpful with questions. It’s on a whole other level from the chain options around here.
We were looking for a culinary experience to celebrate our 27th anniversary. Our initial plan was to visit to Turkey itself, but were unable to make it happen this year. A friend recommended the Social Sloth so we thought we’d give it a try. Wow! We were so amazed by the food, the presentation, the ambiance, the friendliness, the willingness to spend time and talk with us about the dishes, about Turkey and its history. You made our anniversary so memorable!
Such an awesome vibe! Went for lunch and got the Kafka platter and it was amazing. Every bite was perfectly seasoned joy to the palate. The dressing on the salad was sweet and the perfect compliment to the kabobs. I could eat here every day.

I cannot say enough good things about the cooking classes at Social Sloth. They are laid back classes with AMAZING food and a great opportunity to learn some new cooking skills. No judgement for newbies. For our class we made lentil soup and kisir, and they turned out great. I highly recommend this restaurant and their cooking classes!
