I had read about this place when looking for places not far from MSU and thought it sounded interesting. I've never tried Turkish food and it was amazing. I met up with my daughter and 2 of her friends and all of us liked all of our lunches. I also got a piece of Baklava to go and it was amazing. The Turkish tea was amazing also. I will definitely be back!

We loved the downtown location, but have now enjoyed coming to Okemos. The coffee is delicious and the sweet treats are AMAZING! I crave the almond cookies now. Hoping to get in more for soup and meals because I'm sure they're just as great.Burcay and all the staff is lovely! Always smiling.

I'm so excited to discover Social Sloth is still around! I had the most amazing experience when they were located downtown Lansing! I was bummed to see the store empty recently. Can't wait to get to the Okemos location! My son will be over the moon when he finds out they have jumbo hot chocolates!

I haven't even had a chance to try their new lunch and dinner options since the move, but I can't speak highly enough about this place!Their hot chocolate is so thick and creamy, it stays with you ALL day. The Turkish coffee is probably the last coffee in the area that doesn't wreak my stomach anymore (a health thing with me, not an issue for anyone else's coffee. Just glad I can go somewhere and still have some!)And the eclairs? I don't even know where to begin. I guess the size. They're enormous! The chocolate and pistachio are heavenly on top, and the pastry cream: I could die for.
