This was my mom’s favorite spot.❤️🙏 It’s a nice place to get the family together to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The host always greets me right away to get me seated. I love that they have a wide variety of pescatarian and vegetarian options. The bar is nice also!

Every time I'm in Lansing for work I go to the Soup Spoon Cafe! I will often go 2 days in a row even so that I can have something different each day because it's so delicious! My mother had the lamb last time we were there and I had a spicy seafood pasta dish that was amazing!

Best soup and sandwich in Lansing area!!! And I’m a picky eater. Also the prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of food!

First time here and will definitely be back. Servers were all very nice and accommodating and food came out Speedy even though there was a busy lunch crowd. Everyone in our party of five like their dish

It was ok, I didn't dislike the food but I don't need to go back. I had the French onion soup and a pastrami sandwich with a mimosa. We also tried the goat cheese points and again it was not bad but just not great either. The server was very nice and did a good job and the atmosphere is nice. Food was just ok.

Soup spoon is the first place I think of when I want to go out for a nice meal. It's truly better than some of the things I can cook at home, and I don't feel that way about a lot of restaurants. Their menu (which frequently changes) is delicious and diverse in a world of greasy restaurants. Drinks and desert are a must. Lots of gluten intolerant options too! I just reeeeally wish they would offer gluten free pasta because I want to eat pasta here soooo badly ?

Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten intolerant options!! A good portion of their menu is naturally gluten free, and it's so nice to be able to order something without having to ask for a bunch of modifications.

A Lansing favorite of mine for over a decade... Food was alright, but the menus haven't been updated in a while. Would love to see a few new dishes.

I just can't get over the French Onion soup. It was clear, watery and you can see the bottom bowl. Didn't get our drinks until we were almost done with our entrees. The drinks tasted fine but not enough to save the experience

Excellent food, awesome service. I had the café Benny and asiago biscuits with rosemary sausage gravy. It was the best breakfast I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The coffee was really good too.
