I use to love visiting your store in Cordele, ga. But it has really gone down hill. My husband and I stopped into grab a drink, cigs, and gas. I went inside with card, asked the young black girl to please turn on pump so he could pump gas while I grabbed other essentials. She told me no that I have to pay first then I could come back and pay for the other.
I have NEVER been to a gas station that makes you do two transactions. This just doesn’t make any sense. You won’t have to worry about us returning to your establishment.
I used yall bc of the rewards but I won’t anymore, not if this is the way yall do business.

I had an incident in the Plymouth, NC speedway. I was assisting a lady who recently had leg surgery to get gas. Apparently my mistake was to use cash. I gave the cashier $34 cash and she set the pump for $30. I went back in and let her know it stopped too early. She said she fixed it and to put the gas handle up and start fresh for the $4. I did as she said and still didn’t work after standing outside for 5 mins. I went back in and this time she said she would be out to help me. So I was happy she was going to help fix it. I knew when she sent a male customer out to tell me it’s working that there was a problem. I waited and it still didn’t work. So, the lady I was helping asked me to go back in and just get the cash. I went back in and she saw me and I had to wait in a long line to get to the lady. I asked for the money back and she tells me she cannot open the register. I said so, I cannot get the gas or the cash so I am just out the $4 (that isn’t even mine). And she just stared at me… never attempted to get a manager, nothing. So they stole $4 for whatever reason, being incompetent or a thief… who knows. (If she needed the $4, just tell me and I would have given her $5 of MY money. Morel to the story is do NOT use cash at Speedway in Plymouth.
I am not a mean spirited person and I believe people deserve respect so I was never ugly or mean… honestly… in this day that is probably my problem.

Speedway in Finneytown Ohio is trash! Unfortunately the last 2 years, it has gone dramatically downhill and the employee tonight got confrontational being asked about prepaying for the pump and it didn't work. He started with obscenities and the demeanor that "he wanted to take it outside" in which it would have ended badly for him. He got irrational when it was explained to him that we were bringing the issue to his attention constructively. Hopefully you'll hire better moving forward to where one conducts themselves professionally, will not be back to that location

The store in Waterford, Mi. at 2200 Dixie hwy. is severely under staffed. 1 person usually which mean long lines and no prepare food. Not good for a" Speedy stop" to say least and this been ongoing for a couple of years now. I'm looking for the best deal, but I am looking for better service.

Today at 230pm I went to the Speedway at 4950 Burkhardt Dayton/Riverside, Ohio and got ripped off by the gas station. The sign said $2.55. The pump said $3.02 with me using my points.Tge manager told a lot of people that there's nothing she can do

Dynamic pricing raises the price when they know your need is greatest and lowers it when nobody is around. The price of my local speedway jumped $.52 a gallon right at about 6 o’clock in the morning. I was heading there because the app showed me that that was the lowest price in the area. By the time I got to the store the prices had jumped up so much. I ended up going to another gas stationand buying my gas there. There is no loyalty to the customer at Speedway, therefore speedway will not have loyalty from me.

I was traveling through from New York to Ohio on business, and had never stopped in New Jersey before. I had been traveling for 3 hours and pulled up to the gas pump. I decided to run in and go to the bathroom before coming back out to fuel.
An older female woman started yelling at me like I was committing the crime of the century and I had no idea what was going on. She started aggressively yelling at me that I couldn't park there unless I was going to pump gas. I assured her I was going to get gas and that I had been on the road for 3 hours and I simply needed to urgently relieve myself. She started to escalate her tone, yelling at me more and more and getting more aggressive.
I didn't understand the issue and she kept telling me I had to move unless I was pumping gas. I returned to my car and tried to initiate pumping gas, and after two to three attempts she came over and tried to rip my credit card out of my hand. I pulled the card back not knowing what in the world she was doing, and I said to her, "You are not touching my card."
She then got even more angry and slammed my gas cover door shut on my car and pounded on my car. In shock, I said, "You pounded on my car!?" Then she threatened to alert the police
Finally, after all this, she informed me in New Jersey you can't pump gas yourself. I remarked, "Perhaps you should check the license plate of the car before acting like a lunatic." I went in and complained to the manager.

Great service Awesome people. Prob didn’t take his hundred bill cause we don’t always have the change. Only allowed to keep 100 in our cash drawer and I’m guessing he hit speedway at the wrong time of the day or night where as they didn’t have the change to give him. I’m guessing he didn’t spend at least 1/2 of that 100.

Personal pan pizza is one of my favorite things there, friendly service and fast. No wonder it's called speedway. love that they open 24/7. love the cafe where you can order delicious subs and of course the pizza is my favorite. love the design and layout of the inside. If you visit try the sub sandwiches their great. Even the people are so kind.
