The staff and service were absolutely wonderful.
Sadly, the food and coffee were not the greatest. The coffee on the Saturday I visited was very weak and watery. I ordered my eggs over-medium and they were quite runny and barely cooked to over easy. The pancakes were fluffy, but tasted like not enough sugar and too much baking powder was used, which can make them almost salty tasting; they were not terribly sweet.
But again, our waitress was fantastic, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly, and the restaurant, including the women's restroom, we're very clean and well kept.

My experience was bad,$48.00 before the tip for 2 people who ordered the breakfast specials and coffee. It's totally ridiculous to pay that much for 2 people. I recently ate breakfast at Leo's 3 adults and 1 toddler ate for under 50 dollars including the tip. Oh and if you want your potatoes well done there is a upcharge that bs.
Sincerely

The breakfast was decent. My husband really liked the Mexican omelet. I had one scrambled egg with bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not crisp - not cooked. My husband wouldn't even eat them. He liked the soft potatoes; me, not so much. The one good thing was the price. But if you can't eat the food, the price doesn't matter much.

The service and atmosphere was great. The food was disappointing, first they ran out of grilled checked and 7.95 for a Greek salad that was shredded lettuce with some feta cheese, a slice of tomatoe cut in half, 2 slices of cucumber, 3 olives and a pepper. It was all good food but hardly a filling salad. I wouldn't suggest this is you are hungry. I know it was my first/last visit.

The food and service was good however when I got down to my plate realize there was a long hair stuck to the plate that had been underneath my eggs. Gross! I was with someone else who saw it as well and we pointed it out to the waitress. She apologized and said she was going to tell someone but no one ever came to apologize or do anything to rectify the situation. When we checked out no one said anything to us either. You would think a manager would personally apologize for the disgusting situation. Very disappointing.

Ordered a fried chicken wrap and received something my middle schooler would make themselves for lunch. Who wants to eat a cold tortilla overstuffed with lettuce and cheese to compensate for the lack of chicken tenders? Bathrooms were gross, not worth the $25 we spent on lunch

Went with my fiance. It felt like I was stepping into my grandmother's house again. It felt very nostalgic, warm, and welcoming. Service was, to say the least, superb. Our server was training a new server, but they both stayed on top of the tables and were very sweet, kind, and accommodating. As for the food; it is what you expect when you go to a diner, but I found something that I don't typically find at restaurants and diners: Food made with love. There's a certain feel to a dish when there's genuine effort put into it. Even though the presentation may appear simple, there's a balance within the food itself that really pulls the whole thing together.
Overall: I give this diner a 5/5 because while I may be a harsh critic and often don't give 5/5 stars, I have a soft spot for family owned businesses that put love and effort into their product. Especially the rare gems that remind one of home. This diner reminded me that character is beneath the surface.
If you go (and I hope you do), I advise that you don't just look at everything with face value and instead, feel what this diner has to offer.
Happy eating ✌️

My favorite weekend breakfast getaway! The restaurant is outdated but the customer service is impeccable! You leave feeling like your apart of their family.
