Wow. I ordered oatmeal in the app, no drink. I got to work to open the bag to discover no toppings, no brown sugar or agave, no spoon. A plain cup of oatmeal.Please make sure you add in the toppings and utensil. Especially when those of us are counting on a warm hearty breakfast at the office.

We have been loyal customers at this Starbucks for years, and we have never had an issue at this location — until this new so-called assistant manager “Rachel” started working here. Ever since she’s shown up, the last few times we’ve gone through the drive-thru have been nothing short of a nightmare. Every encounter with her is the same — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She acts like customers are beneath her and like she’s doing us a favor just by taking an order. That kind of behavior is disgusting, unacceptable, and embarrassing for someone representing Starbucks in a management role.
If Starbucks is seriously okay with letting “managers” like Rachel treat paying customers this way, then don’t be surprised when people stop coming. Consider this our final warning: unless something is actually done about her, we will never return to this location again. And let it be absolutely clear — the ONLY reason will be because of her. Keep her around, and you’ll keep driving loyal customers like us straight out the door.!!!!!

Could have been better at communicating. Waited over 12 mins for my Frappuccino. Went inside thinking it would be faster than the drive through and watched 6-7 people who placed orders in the cafe after me get their drinks so that was kinda frustrating. Drink is delicious tho. Starbucks in general is nice. Maybe this location stick to the drive through.

On a good day the staff is great. Matt is the only one that can come across rude. Drinks are great. Nitro could be colder it's almost a room temp which is disappointing but the other beverages are great. 99 percent of the staff is always friendly and smiling. That's inviting 🫂

Amazing place. I was upset originally when that Restaurant that had been their forever closed and it took its place. But in all reality it was an excellent move to bring outside money area, because people travel long and far for Starbucks. I used to drive to Jackson to get my a daughter all those delicious Starbucks refreshers while I’m able to get a straight up cold black coffee. Definitely have the best drinks and any location iv been to ALWAYS has the best, most friendly staff who is patient with me as I try to learn and pronounce the Starbucks lingo. Thank you for brightening the area and our days

The drive-thru line was incredibly long but I was pleasantly surprised to only wait about 5 minutes. The staff kept things moving fast and my order was made well.
