Very convenient location, but the costumer service was not great - especially being in a hospital where most costumers are going through something. I was rudely told they couldn't blend my drink (I've been ordering the same drink for years now and have never been told they can not blend it). I smiled and said that's fine and ordered it anyways. When I recieved the coffee it was not even close to filled and it did not taste great.
Very sad. I hope they treat the health care workers better then the hospital visitors..

I'd have to say that even though this location is convenient for people visiting patients, it's not the best. Staff is unpleasant, and the drinks are not starbucks quality.

Barista Bianca refuses to put cold foam on hot drinks, stating that this Starbucks makes their own rules. She was exceptionally rude to my mom. The other baristas there are very pleasant and friendly.
