(Posting this on behalf of a friend). I walked in and waited around a couple of minutes for someone to attend me, no one came to the register to take my order. When someone finally came to the register, they removed the tip jar I was standing by… it was after that I was attended, but I felt very uncomfortable and profiled as one of the few brown people in there. Fix your behavior

It was very busy when I went inside. But I was able to order quickly and I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for my drink, which was surprising because they had a full drive thru, a full seating area and lots of mobile orders. Very nice service. Very quiet and relaxed inside. Highly recommend this location. They know what they're doing!

I am here right now, and the barista was actually arguing with me about what light ice is and what’s not white ice I never have this trouble Biggby. I am starting to hate Starbucks. There are pain in rear This is at Cedar Street in Lansing 7:50

Updating my 5 star review from 3 years ago to provide an updated customer service experience. I typically spend money at this location at least 2-3 times a week.
The last three times I have been there the experience has made me want to frequent another location because the drive through attendant has not been very hospitable.
Today I drove up and there was a thunderstorm so I couldn't role my window down due to the hard rain so I waited until I pulled up to the attendant to let them know I couldn't make my order at the speaker because it was pouring down and I couldn't hear well.
The attendant quickly told me she couldn't help me, everyone else was making their order in the rain and I could get out and come inside or drive back around and get in line. Wow! I would have been happy to drive back around or even come in if I had to, but not to deal with the person that spoke with me.
Well, I decided on a third option. Leave, with no plans to come back.
This was my go to Starbucks; not anymore!

This location has really gone downhill. Staff not as friendly, very slow and I'm paying for mostly milk, can't even taste my coffee. And they forget parts of orders, try giving wrong coffee. I've given multiple chances and it's always like this. I think I'll be finding a different place to get a latte.

Starbucks has many hot and cold delicious beverages. Clean store. Great staff. This location is one of my favorites. Ample parking. Speed of service is quick and efficient.
