Starbucks has many hot and cold delicious beverages. Clean store. Great staff. This location is one of my favorites. Ample parking. Speed of service is quick and efficient.

Got the mushrooms and egg bites. It was delicious 😋 and also got the ice peach green tea (a bit too strong), but overall, it was good. Lastly, I got the lemon cake. As always, it's delicious 😋

Stopped in while in the area. Couldn't decide what I wanted to drink so I let the Batista surprise me. These folks are creative! Had a caramel cider refresher drink which lasted my 90 minute car ride home and was simply amazing!
No oat milk onsite. Also worst architect ever on record for this location. Everyone in the drive-through literally hit the wall in front of me

I have been to many Starbucks locations and this is the worst. Like most customers, I like to use the mobile app to order ahead so it’s ready (in the lobby) when I arrive. Today I had a 5 minute window to grab my coffee and head to my appointment at Eastwood. When I arrived there was a hasty hand written sign stating the lobby was closed and please use drive through. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for the 15 cars ahead of me to order I wouldn’t have ordered for pick up in the lobby. So I left without my order and was charged for it despite calling the store to cancel my order and request a refund. This is the second time I have experienced the lobby-is-closed-please-use-drive-thru bait and switch. Every other Lansing area Starbucks location has managed to figure out how keep their lobby open to serve their mobile ordering customers who do not wish to use drive thru. I will not return to this location again

They shutdown the inside so it is drive thru only. So if you walk there, don’t expect to be able to get coffee. 6 in the morning on a Sunday, nobody in the drive-thru and they are just sitting starting at me and pointing at the sign that says they are short on staffing… while they are sitting on their phones.

Please stop forcing customers to pick up the card reader every other customer has touched. If the customer doesn't offer a tip, the employee needs to hit no tip and be done with it.
Inconsistent. Sometimes great, sometimes your drink just tastes like water or milk.

This store did not apply triple rewards on triple rewards day. When we asked the gal at the drive through she said she thought it was yesterday. Called the store, the gal I talked to said it’s not common knowledge and she only knew because of the app. Basically got the run around. If you are working you should be aware of the promotions. This isn’t the first time the store disregarded the promotion for my daughter.
