I have been a regular customer at this location and have always enjoyed working on my projects here. However, during my recent visit march 18th 2025 at 7PM, I got caught up with my work and hadn’t had the chance to place an order yet. A staff member approached me to remind me of a new policy requiring customers to order to be able to sit. While I understand the need for policies, but it really made me feel uncomfortable and unappreciated as a loyal customer.
I wanted to share my experience because I truly value this place and hope the approach to policy enforcement can be more considerate.

I only stopped here because my passenger had to use the restroom. I used to frequent Starbucks but since the company has been weirdly anti-union I'm not interested in purchasing their product. It seems very hostile to workers' quality of life and rights.
This location seemed clean though. My passenger didn't say anything negative about the bathroom so I assume it was fine.

I’m tired of my drinks being made wrong then being looked at as if I’m the problem…. I spend 200 or more a month….. so I go to get it remade and they made the SAME MISTAKE AGAIN. Wasted my time and money.

So I work six days a week 9-25 like a regular adult I accidentally fell asleep on the table. The manager yells at me and says get out. Because we don't let homeless people sleep here. And I told her I wasn't homeless so she Kix me out and calls the cops on me. For no reason mind you, I'm black Well, if you want to be specific I'm light-skinned. So obviously she wanted to pull the race card and she's called occasion. And i'm just disrespectful if I was able to give this place negative stars I would

I normally have a good experience with Starbucks. But I recently went to get my normal ice water (for me) and pup cup (for my puppy) as a treat after a long day. They gave me a cup with a bug or something nasty in it. (I didn’t do a lot of investigation because I was nauseous after drinking half of my water). I reached out to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I am very upset and disgusted.
I didn’t realize flies were a new topping on the menu. Gross. I also asked for no whip on my drink and that was wrong. Never coming back

Every time I go I get strawberry purée on my Carmel crunch Frappuccino and they do and now they saying do it in the app it's a 1$ up charge it's no way to do it in the app told them several times they don't care now I will go to bigby and Tim hortons they nicer and they don't charge me for the flavor so irritated spend a lot of money there every time now I'm spending it elsewhere

The coffees are very delicious, especially caramel ribbon is my favorite, sometimes they add too much ice and it doesn't taste like coffee, it tastes like ice and the best thing about it is the coffee, it's supposed to be coffee.
