This starbucks interior was much much better compared to the one on Canal, but the service here is greatly lacking. The girl who took my order looked very annoyed when I took too long on an order but I noticed when she served someone else she had a smile on her face. Disappointing.
Other than that the seats were much nicer and the tables were actually clean and not sticky.

i don’t often leave reviews, but this location blew me away! the bathrooms were sparkling, staff was friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks were well made! we missed one of our drinks, but after a short conversation with Remy they made the drink and even upsized it for us! we will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been personally going to this Starbucks every single day since I moved to Lansing June of last year! (Not being dramatic) I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! Personally I stopped going to other ones because of the beautiful experience I get at this location every time! Samira is one of my favorite employees there! She has just a personality that’ll literally turn anyone’s bad day upside down!!! These are my favorite people and they’ll be y’all’s too, I definitely recommend this location to everybody!!💪🏾♥️♥️🔥🔥
