This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Lansing area. I come here a couple times a week for a Pink drink. Today I came through the drive through and a sweet lady named Leanne served me. She was incredibly friendly and had the sweetest smile! She is amazing!!

This starbucks interior was much much better compared to the one on Canal, but the service here is greatly lacking. The girl who took my order looked very annoyed when I took too long on an order but I noticed when she served someone else she had a smile on her face. Disappointing.
Other than that the seats were much nicer and the tables were actually clean and not sticky.

There is nothing more frustrating than paying full price for half of the product that you are expecting.
Really great and fast service - if everyone used the app instead of taking forever at the drive thru it would be perfect.

i don’t often leave reviews, but this location blew me away! the bathrooms were sparkling, staff was friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks were well made! we missed one of our drinks, but after a short conversation with Remy they made the drink and even upsized it for us! we will definitely be coming back!
