Every time I go I get strawberry purée on my Carmel crunch Frappuccino and they do and now they saying do it in the app it's a 1$ up charge it's no way to do it in the app told them several times they don't care now I will go to bigby and Tim hortons they nicer and they don't charge me for the flavor so irritated spend a lot of money there every time now I'm spending it elsewhere

The coffees are very delicious, especially caramel ribbon is my favorite, sometimes they add too much ice and it doesn't taste like coffee, it tastes like ice and the best thing about it is the coffee, it's supposed to be coffee.

Everyone loves Starbucks but let's take about their service and their food/drinks. First of all I went to this Starbucks multiple times and their service has been slow and the workers are rude and will roll their eyes at u. Second Idk if this is just will this Starbucks are overall but their food is cold and their hot drinks are at burning point, One time I had to go back in and ask for ice to cool off my mouth.

I absolutely love this starbucks. They always get the orders right, and the drinks or food comes out beautifully. I've never had to complain about service here, and the staff feel so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this starbucks.
Starbucks' drive-thru is a real hit or miss in regards to quality service. Some people sound like your typical annoyed overworked fast food joint employees and others sound amazingly friendly. I've been getting a lot of the annoyed sounding ones at this location as of late.

Employees are great, friendly and fast.Starbucks is now asking for tips? They serve overpriced junk coffee and now even ask for tips, NO! It costs less than a dollar to make a coffee and they charge insane prices. It's sad. The average European coffee shop has better coffee for much less.
Used my mobile app to order three drinks today. Stopped in it was busy so took them a bit longer.. thats okay. But I ordered three of the pumpkin chi (I order this drink daily from Starbucks all over the state) I watched her fill the glasses with milk 3/4 and top it with the pumpkin sweet foam. They are absolutely disgusting. And not to mention she was definitely not personable.

Went there at 5:45am and they weren’t open. Fix your google hours if you dont open until 6 or 6:30 As I was pulling in the workers were just getting out of their cars. I definitely didn’t have time for them to open the entire store and start brewing the coffee. The convenience is lacking at this location since I planed my morning around getting this coffee and then straight to work. Definitely won’t be coming to this location again, such a joke.

This has been the only Starbucks me and my family use, for many reasons. One of those reasons being they absolutely LOVE my dog, she is a small dog and the girls just love her, and she gets a pup cup everytime. You'd think she was a baby ? well today my husband and daughter went in and took the dog, as he walked in, he was told very rudely he had to leave the store with the dog, they weren't allowed. I just had her in there 3 DAYS AGO. Idk if they got new management, but the workers don't even smile. Idk where MY usual girls were. Like seriously, you even have a PICTURE of my dog WOW
