Most of the staff was helpful, bit of a wait for service. This location no longer has a display of their baked goods. I asked the young man behind the counter what my choices were for sweets. He rattled off the choices so quickly, I couldn't understand what the choices were. I politely asked 3 times to slow down, because I could not understand. He just rather rudely repeated the choices so fast, I could only catch about every third word. Finally on the fourth try, after really emphasizing, PLEASE, I CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOU, COULD YOU SLOW DOWN, he did, and I was able to make a choice. I was surprised it took so long. It is really a beautiful location, rather a shame they don't have at least a menu of their baked goods on display.

I get Starbucks almost every day. This store is hands down my favorite to go to. The people, the managers, the atmosphere and service are unparalleled. Every day it’s like an episode of Cheers and everyone is so lovely and friendly, they truly lift your spirits when you walk in. They deserve all the stars and praises.

This really is the best Starbucks in the Lansing area. It’s super close to LCC’s campus which makes it incredibly convenient to stop there before morning class. They always make my drinks right the first time, and the folks in the drive-thru are always so nice! The interior itself is really nice, whenever I do get the chance to go in. This Starbucks goes above and beyond.

This is the lesser known “good” Starbucks in town, in my opinion. The others hardly mix your drink and just shove it to you in a rush, this location employs people with excellent attention to detail. Interior and outside the building is gorgeous.
After consistently abysmal customer service, lies and discrimination I will no longer be patronizing this location or Starbucks ever again.
After 4 different visits I’ve been leered at by staff, rushed through orders though the store is empty, and treated like dirt every time I go in. They follow me on IG. Like and share my posts. So why the discriminatory treatment in person?!
In addition to the bad behavior the “community art” portion of this business is bogus. The art on the walls are made by a Grand Rapids artist. There are globally renowned creatives in Lansing. Why isn’t their art here?! Why was I LIED TO about the art in this store? Do your research and you’ll see what I’m taking about.
I spoke with the online chat support just now. It went nowhere. I called the customer service number and spoke with a human. That went nowhere as well. I will not suffer in silence. This is a big issue and someone needs to address it. Everything I’ve experienced here is completely unacceptable. I’ll never patronize this brand again if something doesn’t change.

Went there yesterday and our order got messed up but went back today and they appologized and set our order right from yesterday. They were having trouble with the card reader and their mics. yesterday. . So I felt bad for them as sometimes when we think one way something else is happening behind the scenes we know nothing about. Mistakes do happen and we go there a lot and first this has happened. I do recommend this Starbucks
