I don’t usually leave a review but I waited about 5-10 minutes for my coffee and I didn’t mind waiting but my drink was made incorrectly and unfortunately I didn’t noticed till I got home but I paid extra for cold foam and did not receive it on my drink, staff was nice but did not ensure it was correct when handing out

Escooters are not allowed here, make sure to bring a lock. Employee “MJ” was rude when letting me know I cannot bring it inside and refused to come outside to inform me when my drink was ready (as I asked him to when he told me to leave it outside). It’s not that big of a deal, but the service was not good. Downtown Lansing has a high risk for theft, I’m not leaving a scooter outside unattended. I also asked him how long my drink would take and he said “I don’t know”. Not coming back to this location

I like this Starbucks. It's in an old train station right on the tracks and has the old architecture and a couple train cars. The inside is beautifully remodeled and they kept the old archways. Clean, nice environment.

They always go up and beyond to provide amazing customer service and tasty beverages. By far the best Starbucks in Lansing . Not to mention the Nitro brew at this location is always cold and crisp . The staff is always friendly and happy to help. Would give 10 stars for this location if I could! Shout out to the store manager! You have an amazing crew! 🎉🎉

Most of the staff was helpful, bit of a wait for service. This location no longer has a display of their baked goods. I asked the young man behind the counter what my choices were for sweets. He rattled off the choices so quickly, I couldn't understand what the choices were. I politely asked 3 times to slow down, because I could not understand. He just rather rudely repeated the choices so fast, I could only catch about every third word. Finally on the fourth try, after really emphasizing, PLEASE, I CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOU, COULD YOU SLOW DOWN, he did, and I was able to make a choice. I was surprised it took so long. It is really a beautiful location, rather a shame they don't have at least a menu of their baked goods on display.

I get Starbucks almost every day. This store is hands down my favorite to go to. The people, the managers, the atmosphere and service are unparalleled. Every day it’s like an episode of Cheers and everyone is so lovely and friendly, they truly lift your spirits when you walk in. They deserve all the stars and praises.
