Cannot pay cash, no one is there to help you figure it out. The pop machine requires you to scan a qr code. Very confusing at first. Food was tasty, but how they're cutting cost by eliminating every aspect of customer service is annoying

Food was okay. This chain in general has gone downhill. Major problem was everyone had to clean their own tables. They were not cleaning the tables after people left and they were not clean at all. After a handful of people cleaned their own tables including myself a guy came out with one wrap and wiped all the tables down with the one wrag and never rinsed it.

The food is always great, but the customer service this day was overwhelmingly amazing. Not only were there only three staff members, but they were fast and efficient and very friendly. Shout out to Jason & COBE
