Highly recommended not ordering online. Any other time they can call, substitute or replace things without confirming, or they’ll cancel your whole order right when it’s supposed to be picked up.

I used to eat at this Sybway almost daily. New franchise owners and manager. Manger got extremely nasty to me for sharing coupons. I found another Subway that have been extremely nice and didn't care if I shared coupons.

I’m updating my review from a year ago. Today is 12/20/24 and I did a mobile order worth over $70+. They were not made right at all!!! I never had this many sandwiches messed up from a mobile order. I watched my sandwiches get made and saw the guy keep looking at receipt but think he struggled at following,. Was only 6 sandwiches but I’m very disappointed with how much I spent for not getting what we wanted.

Fantastic Subway to go to! The workers there, lady and a gentleman, were very kind and doing a great job juggling pick-up orders and walk-in customers (in my opinion as someone who has worked retail). When I asked for "lots" of something, they didn't get skimpy with it, and if you get a chance to try the footlong peppermint cookie/brownie thing, GET IT!!! They warm it just as you're checking out so it's melted and oh my word it's delicious! It was very clean inside and pretty quiet for how small it is. The ONLY reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because it's one of the locations not equipped to serve icees (was really in the mood for one). Absolutely no fault of the employees nor a reflection of their service....just something I truly enjoy from Subway if it could eventually be at all locations....pretty please? 💜💜😋😋

Ever since getting new management this location sucks. I live right around the corner and have been coming to this location for years and this past year has been terrible. They seem to have let go all the employees from previous management and the new ones just don’t care. They don’t follow directions on online orders and then when asked to do their job they will do anything so it is less work for them

Went here today to get a sub and it was 9:30 and a lady comes up shuts the lights off and says we’re closed and locks the door but I look when it closed and it said 10pm
