Refused to let my service animal today. My dog didnât even make it in the building. They are rude and will argue. I would highly suggest not coming here. Claiming they had the right to refuse so let me educate a little. My dog didnât even act disruptive but my service dog didnât even make it into the building the staff physically blocked us from even coming in. I will be calling the attorney general as well as better business bureau. I called and asked for the manager they refused and even got argumentive with me on the phone. This is risky decision by the employees god forbid someone has a seizure and donât have their service dog to help them. I wonât be shocked if they come on here and delete my review. They say all subways do this and if thatâs the case subway will be in a lot of legal trouble if god forbid anything happens. This is a federal law not a state law you are not above the law.

Since the prices have nearly doubled in the last year, we try NOT to eat there very often. Can't afford it anymore!
She was going to make my sub after punching in on the computer and was not going to change her gloves until I said something and she was very confrontational and I will NOT go back there and give them my money or business
