First off, let me just say that the employees are so kind! They are very friendly and helpful and I never have any problems with my orders. It's super convenient to put in an order online and pick it up shortly after... no need to wait in line. ❤️ Lastly, it's a plus that it's located in a gas station, so you can get gas or whatever else you may need. ???

Great grilled roast beef and provolone. I didn't need a side of workers complaints to one another about their work. Please, not out front where the public is.
As im sitting in the subway parking lot, im feeling really bad for an employee. The supervisor seems frustrated with his day, as all can be, however decided to reprimand his colleague in an absolute disgusting tone. I could see the embarrassment flush in her face and felt terrible. Employees make mistakes, but as a supervisor you should never reprimand an employee like that in front of customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if the poor lady quits. I know I would. The gentleman who made my order was also kind, and I asked him to pass along my words of encouragement to her to hopefully make her feel less embarrassed . If you were working and leaving around 5:45 and see this ma’am, truly don’t let him get to you. If he wants to let people control his emotions in that way then he is not in the position to be a supervisor. I truly hope you have a wonderful night!

The subway on saginaw highway in lansing Michigan stinks. Tried to order a footlong in the subway app as they advertise. But the app doesn't allow for a free footlong as they advertise. It asks for a payment for BOTH SUBS. And after going to the subway restaurant, they said they're not required to honor that promotion. They ask you to download the app and sign up for an account and start sending you a bunch of junk advertisements and spam. SUBWAY NEEDS TO STOP ADVERTISING FALSELY!!!

This Subway is the bomb! I had to go to this location due to the one that is closer to me being out of a lot of the subs and I'm glad that they were because the subs don't compare to this location. The two young men who were working were super friendly and they made the est subs that I have ever had at a Subway!
