Wasn't greeted walking in with 2 workers behind the counter doing prep, the girl was more concerned with talking to her boyfriend sitting in the lobby to acknowledge I was there or even tell me it would be a minute before they could help me. I would have been fine waiting if they had acknowledged that I was there and waiting instead of ignoring me, that's just not good customer service

Good Game

9 out of 10 visits to this location is a disappointment. The people are great but it’s always something out of stock at lunch time. No pickles no flatbread no sub crunch or one employee working during the lunch time.

For the second time, an employee harassed me about where I parked and this time, went so far as to refuse me service. He said he wouldn’t take my order until I moved my vehicle because it might be hit by the Domino’s driver. I told him not to concern himself with my vehicle but he continued to refuse service. I asked for the manager and he informed me she was his mother.

The woman claiming to be manager refused me service as well and refused to give me any contact information to share my experience, saying the only person above her was the store owner and she took all the messages for him anyway. This is incredibly inappropriate and not the way business should be conducted.

I work at a very large warehouse complex nearby and have frequented this location with coworkers but will not be back if this is the type of service I can expect.

Lettuce bins red and wilted, cucumbers looked days old, spinach I took a chance. Service was so slow. One person working? It has been years since I visited a Subway. The other sub restaurants have much higher standards. Never again. Next sub shop to close it doors.

Short guy making sandwiches with the scruffy beard and ponytail is pretty rude and shouldn’t be in customer service and he blames it on the mobile orders “kicking their butt.” Felt very rushed.

I ordered a platter and was told I had to prepay because they’ve had trouble with “honest” people. I did, which was fine, three hours before I was due to pick it up. When I called to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready because they had been very busy and ran out of bread. When I got there they had the door locked and wouldn’t let us in while preparing. NEVER prepay especially when they can’t deliver on their promises. I’m still here waiting outside my car not even sure if it will be completed.

The food I got was decent but I got extremely terrible service. When I got my food I tried to add a cookie to my order and they guy told me to take my sub and get out of his store. He wasn’t even a shift leader let alone store owner. Worker was a 5’10 African American male with dreadlocks on the heavier side.

I walked in subway hoping to get a delicious Philly footlong, but I left with cold meat and shitty customer service. This guy named Jaxson (obviously high out of his mind) made my sub in the wrong order.
