Lettuce bins red and wilted, cucumbers looked days old, spinach I took a chance. Service was so slow. One person working? It has been years since I visited a Subway. The other sub restaurants have much higher standards. Never again. Next sub shop to close it doors.

Short guy making sandwiches with the scruffy beard and ponytail is pretty rude and shouldn’t be in customer service and he blames it on the mobile orders “kicking their butt.” Felt very rushed.

I ordered a platter and was told I had to prepay because they’ve had trouble with “honest” people. I did, which was fine, three hours before I was due to pick it up. When I called to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready because they had been very busy and ran out of bread. When I got there they had the door locked and wouldn’t let us in while preparing. NEVER prepay especially when they can’t deliver on their promises. I’m still here waiting outside my car not even sure if it will be completed.

The food I got was decent but I got extremely terrible service. When I got my food I tried to add a cookie to my order and they guy told me to take my sub and get out of his store. He wasn’t even a shift leader let alone store owner. Worker was a 5’10 African American male with dreadlocks on the heavier side.

I walked in subway hoping to get a delicious Philly footlong, but I left with cold meat and shitty customer service. This guy named Jaxson (obviously high out of his mind) made my sub in the wrong order.

Pick a different subway. Poorly run location. Often out of some breads, veggies and sauces. Employee working today 9/24/24 11 am was not in uniform, chewing gum and had dangling earrings.

Waited in line while only one worker was making sandwiches while others were in the back. And kids kept running in and out screaming "mommy" when that was the person making sandwiches. Might not have subway again honestly...

1) For the employee standing outside smoking infront of the store... 2) called to check of they had an item. Was on the phone no answer after multiple tries. Living close by. I went over there and was outside smoking on the phone.

Ordered online, I showed up when the food was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t even started yet. I think the guy was high when he was making my food, he was extremely slow, confused about what he was doing and even though he was looking at the order, he was still getting things wrong, I had to tell him what the order said. Then he turned my sub into a pool for mayonnaise, he left off meat or just didn’t add the amount he was supposed to on my wife’s sub. There are a dozen subways in Lansing, avoid this one.
