This is the rudest Subway in Lansing. I knew better than to try and go here but I was already at Meijer. I already bought items to go along with my sub. So first thing this woman says the toaster oven doesnt work. Color me surprised. Then I said I really dont care but I did want it toasted. So then I say I have a coupon. Oh we dont honor those. Good for you. Don't worry I wont be be back to this location again until you hire people who aren't rude(this wasnt the first time theyve been rude here) and take coupons. Like I say I wont ever use this location again. Worst subway in Lansing I think the owner is either absent or just doesnt care.

Seems to be the general consensus here. Geesh I thought maybe it was just me that kept getting this rude woman. This is the same owner who has the rude manager/worker at the location by CSL on Cedar. That one came from south penn so yeah. Must be the owner likes a lot of 1 star ratings. I also like how the owner never responds to these reviews and I guess we know though..... dont we.

The woman working (Nov 9 around 1pm) was extremely rude to the point I was about to walk away. She did not ask what I would like to order, what I would like on my sub, anything. She stared at me with disgust until I told her what I wanted, doing her job for her. There is something seriously wrong with the way she treats customers. I wish I would have went somewhere else. I can’t believe they allow employees to treat customers this way.

The sandwich artist was so very rude not the first time with this same woman. Very unfriendly wears a nasty scowl on her face and tried telling us we couldn’t buy an extra cup of cheese for our footlong pretzel. We will never give this particular subway our business ever again.

I went in a few months ago, there was a women probably in her 40s working who was very rude and and seemed annoyed we were there to eat! I thought maybe she was having a bad day and just let it go, but today I went in and there was a younger lady they gave us the exact same service and rudeness! We definitely won’t be going back to this subway!

RUDEST WOMAN EVER! She had dark red hair or like a brunette color. She was beyond rude. Most of the employees here are this way, but I can tell she's crowned for the throne.

Came in on 2/17 @ 7:53pm and the lady who made my sandwich really had something wrong with her. I deal with a lot of rude people all the time but she was one of the worst. She clearly didn't want to be there and her attitude and the way she threw down my bread was so disgusting. The guy behind me had the same treatment. We both treated her with kindness and patience but she seemed not to care. The owner really needs to address this. Everyone has an off day but this was wild behavior.

Got my food at 12pm. Team member named "M.L" was really aggressive with food and customers. Banging stuff around and slamming stuff back into place. She was clearly stressed or annoyed with customers, but thats not an excuse to be rude and throw a tantrum.

Today when ordering subs the girl waiting on me was extremely rude and even snapped at me for no reason. Halfway through the process I almost canceled my order because of her behavior. I've never felt like this at any establishment. I've been in customer service for 20+ years and either you need to retrain her or plan on losing money from customers who will not come back.

The large, angry woman with dark hair working the counter at 9:15 am on 11/18 was extremely rude for no reason. Honestly I wouldn't have even cared, but then she was cruelly rude to my mentally disabled brother. She is a very sick woman. When I confronted her at the end of the transaction, she yelled at me that she was not rude (all the reviews here prove she is wrong). I had to calmly explain to her that my perspective existed outside of herself, and was different. She was screeching 'the customer is always right' at me and my brother as I walked away from her, my poor brother still trying to thank her because he didn't realize how cruel she was being to him. Some people aren't even suitable for customer service, and it's really a shame this angry, sick, unhappy individual wakes up every single day of her life and chooses to go to her job at Subway - where she does a terrible job and is completely inept and can't manage basic communication.

The lady was rude as hell as soon as we walked up . I asked if they were open and she sarcastically said "no I'm just standing here for the hell of it " we tried to laugh it off but the attitude just kept coming. She asked what we wanted and rolled her eyes everything we'd tell her we couldn't hear what she was saying cuz she was speaking so quietly . My card declined even tho I had the money on my card and my pregnant wife made the comment it's probably just the machine and the lady ringing us up looked at my wife rolled her eyes and said" it's been working all day sooo... ". Sibwe tried it two more times and it wouldn't work so my wife told the lady it probably wasn't working because of the attitude she had and that maybe she shouldn't work in customer service if she didn't like it . And the lady rolled her eyes at my wide and yelled at my wife that she WAS going to give it to us for free but since my wife said something about her attitude that we could forget about it . And was blah blah blahing my wife everything she'd try to say something so we just left . We will be calling corporate and she will be losing her job because from the reviews we see we aren't the only ones complaining about that so called "manager "and her attitude and distain for her job .

This subway needs different help!! Everytime the lady working has an attitude. Slamming stuff around, rude. There were flies flying in the food. Walked up to get in line behind another customer. No worker to be seen. The lady in front of us called for help. She was slamming stuff around. We stood in line for quite awhile. Then the worker whispered she would be with me in a minute. They need more help! Especially when there is ppl in line waiting to order and you have to wait for her to make online orders first. That she printed after we had already been standing there.
