Brought a team bus for lunch and was turned away by the worker who was outside smoking. He said he didn't have enough help to feed the bus. I asked if we could just do 5 to 10 people and he said no. As we pulled away a van pulled up and got in line to be served and he went to making their sub without washing his hands. C'mon man.

Came in to get dinner and only one person was working! She didn't know what was on the menu and only after I paid did I see ANTS. ANTS!!!!! Ants on the counter where you pay and on the soda machine. I made a report to the state, those employees deserve better and the people deserve a clean place to eat.

There was a gnat that flew in my bread. Ants are everywhere and I’ve noticed that every time I come here they’re still here. They never have any ice, the only good thing about it is the customer service from at least two people.

One of the worst places to eat because of the very rude employees. It can ruin your whole day. Would to stay hungry over ordering here again. It was OCTOBER 11 -2025 at 3 PM for the management to know how was working there. I asked here to change the gloves because she touched beef and I don’t want my sub to be contaminated by meat because I’m muslim and don’t want non halal food getting close to my food and she was very ride about it and she honestly ruined my day.

I would leave less then one star , I felt bad for the only guy working at first he had nothing on the line and was backed up. I waited over 20 mins patiently. The second guy came in on his day off to help. But he didn’t even want to come to the line. I then asked for a salad and he huffed to go grab a bowl . He then said veggies . I said lettuce and spinach please. I could see none on the line but figured he could go in back to grab at least a bag of lettuce. Instead just said well this is all we got and didn’t even attempt to make my visit happy. I then still politely said I will pass then and walked out . I work by this store and used to frequent this place often. But from now on I will drive some where else to eat. This is sad because just last year I left a wonderful review for this store

Heavy set guy is terrible. Customer service skills are non existent. He rubs his hands and gloves on everything while he's making the sandwiches. He just throws stuff around and tosses the food on the bread. They were out of everything. Only had half the meats. Over charged me and didn't put the correct amount of meat or cheese on the sub. They were out of bags as well. Subway is just not the place to go anymore. Especially this location

Says they're open at 9:00 and there's still not open at 10:00 ridiculous. They are always out of veggies anyways but thinking if I go early I can get my full order wrong!!!! Would recommend staying away from this subway!! Maybe you will get lettuce on your sandwich going elsewhere

Staff were friendly, cheerful and welcoming. Bun was fresh, soft & delicious. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. They were helpful in dealing with problem with my gift card.
Will definitely come again!

If I could give zero stars I would. It wasn't the employees fault. The employee was left by himself on his second week. He was outside when I got there and there was people inside waiting for at least 10min to get their food. When I got there our food was supposed to be ready. We waited an additional hour to get our food. He picked receipts up off the floor to look at them, he didn't follow the instructions on the receipt. I even went as far as to tell him what should be on the food so he didn't have to look at the reciept and he still got it wrong. The bread was stale because he was out of everything he needed. The buzzer was going off constantly because he had online orders that kept coming in and no one to help him. My husband came in to ask what was taking so long and the employee gave me attitude and started yelling at me because my husband asked a single question. I may NEVER go back to subway after this!
