This location has went completely down hill! The ladies who worked there before were really nice and made your food with care but recently there has been a guy and a girl in there every time I come and not only do they both have horrible customer service, they just slap your food together with no regards and skimp out on everything except the tomatoes. I asked for double meat today and got hardly no meat at all on the sandwich. The bread is hard and the veggies have been looking old. I'm a regular here but will be using another location for a while

I ordered online picked Oder up get back home and they had messed my order up so I call the store and they said they would remake it. Now this is where the bad service comes in why allow me to drive all the way back and start my Oder knowing you don’t have all the ingredients in stock and what pissied me off the most they made my first sandwich knowing they didn’t have all the ingredients and allowed me to come pick it up! And they didn’t even offer me any compensation just a bad customer experience for me and will never go to that location again!

Always a great place to drop in and grab a quick lunch! We drive a lot, so sandwiches are easy to eat on the road. Beside, I still like being able to build it up the way I like it!!

There was only 1 other person in line I'm front of us. My mother, myself, and my 5yr old niece stood there in line. Over 15 minutes. Without acknowledgement or any words said to us at all. Was really bizarre. Like the two workers were mute. Them to add insult to injury they started working on app logo orders and not helping or even saying hello to us. They were more concerned with making app orders then the people right there in person. This has happened only at this location now 2 times to me. Will never be back to this location. Really sad and avoidable losing us as customers.

Brandy the night lady in the back half of the week is a wonderful site to see. I will only come in to this location when she is working I have given the morning staff many tries and they just are not as friendly nor passionate about the food service, coming from someone who put 7 years into food I understand the frustrations but you gotta know how to put that face one. Even on her worst days she still has her happy go get her mood to her. Thank you girl!!! We appreciate you more than you ever know thanks for all the yummy subs!! Your night regs

I waited weeks to calm down to post this and i still feel the same way today as weeks ago… Terrible management. They will forever suck as long as Candy and Ashley are in charge. They never take responsibility for their constant mistakes and blame whoever is the newest. Even if they didn’t even work the days they are complaining about ! ?… complete idiots running the show here. Andrea and Brandi are the only good workers here. Coming from someone who actually knows the inside scoop. The new owners are clueless and they will continue sucking tho. ?

Can't understand why my subway club was $2.50 more at this location. Some people should not be in customer service of any kind. If you can not greet or thank a customer maybe its not the job for you.

What can you say. It's a subway. The staff at this one has always been very nice. They are very patient with some customers who have been out right rude and then serve the next customers with a smile. I appreciate that.
