Blk woman on Thursday was very very rude. She was yelling throwing the food on the sandwiches. She has the worst attitude I have ever seen in a restaurant. I definitely noticed she doesn't work well under pressure and she definitely needs to be fired how rude she was with customers!

I always forget about this one but the other day I ordered for my son and it was an older lady in there by herself and she really put the sandwich well together wasn’t sloppy and overall, she was just very polite

Some of the workers are very rude.I stopped going there for awhile because every time order from there the bread is always hard. I decided to give the restaurant another try and not only was the food horrible but the lady that was there was very rude.

Drove all the way here and was here by 9:32 they closed at 10. But turned us away half hour before closing. But also seeing the reviews looks like they need new people or managers in there.

I placed a $60 order. 2 kids meals. Neither had the drinks or applesauce. 2 meal of the days. No drinks, cookies or chips. None of the sandwiches were toasted. It was a total waste of money. I checked the receipt, everything on the receipt was correct, they just didn't care enough to do it right. I won't be ordering from that location again!! I tried to call and complain immediately, but no answer .

I have seen new employees be entered like clockwork at this location and the toppings are never stocked. I went in today and the first employee mumbles to where I barely can hear him “take a look at what we have before you order” which there wasn’t any toppings but I figured they would have stock in the back, so granted I should’ve asked but then after they started the order and they told me they have nothing, I asked if I could get a discount and I would still take the sandwich but I am not gonna pay full price for a sandwich that only has half of the ingredients. The first employee says “that’s not how that works” , So I canceled my order no big deal whatever, but then the first employee says “thanks for wasting our food” which there was no need to say that anyways, to which “ I said thank you for wasting my time” and then the second employee says and proceeds to say “bye bye” and as I am leaving says “have fun being hungry”. So sounds like management isn’t doing their job keeping the store stocked for business and customer service is absolutely horrible at the smallest inconvenience.

Went to this location TWICE, guy said he only made 5 ghost pepper breads for the day. I settled for another option while he was making my sandwich. I told him I had a coupon, which he said they are not accepting coupons at the time, if a sandwich will be $13 plus tax
I politely declined and left. Came back a couple days later, again with my coupon and the guy state it, they would not take coupons because
Their reader was not able to read the coupon, and they were not doing any manual adjustments... Respectfully declined for the second time. It will not go back to this location. Went right around to Cedar and Jolly Subway. Not only did they accept my coupon, they made the best sandwich in lansing, michigan!!! KUDDOS TO THE CEDAR @ JOLLY LOCATION🥖🥖🥖🥖🥖🥖

The “eat fresh” moto doesnt apply to this location. The protein and cheese area was covered so I could not really tell what was going on there and after tasting my sub I am truly concerned. The veggie counter looked wilted and like the veggies all came from the discounted produce aisle. When i tried the sub I was disappointed. Canned stuff, like the black olives, pickles, and banana peppers tasted very metal like. Like they’ve spent too much time in an open jar. The tomatoes were a very weird consistency as well. Everything in that display needs to be thrown out and restocked. Very disappointed.

Every time I place an online order and request for my sandwich to be toasted they never do, also I didn’t receive any of the topping I wanted (salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan). They’re also super stingy with the ingredients and don’t put enough.
