Went to this location TWICE, guy said he only made 5 ghost pepper breads for the day. I settled for another option while he was making my sandwich. I told him I had a coupon, which he said they are not accepting coupons at the time, if a sandwich will be $13 plus tax
I politely declined and left. Came back a couple days later, again with my coupon and the guy state it, they would not take coupons because
Their reader was not able to read the coupon, and they were not doing any manual adjustments... Respectfully declined for the second time. It will not go back to this location. Went right around to Cedar and Jolly Subway. Not only did they accept my coupon, they made the best sandwich in lansing, michigan!!! KUDDOS TO THE CEDAR @ JOLLY LOCATIONšŸ„–šŸ„–šŸ„–šŸ„–šŸ„–šŸ„–

The ā€œeat freshā€ moto doesnt apply to this location. The protein and cheese area was covered so I could not really tell what was going on there and after tasting my sub I am truly concerned. The veggie counter looked wilted and like the veggies all came from the discounted produce aisle. When i tried the sub I was disappointed. Canned stuff, like the black olives, pickles, and banana peppers tasted very metal like. Like they’ve spent too much time in an open jar. The tomatoes were a very weird consistency as well. Everything in that display needs to be thrown out and restocked. Very disappointed.

Every time I place an online order and request for my sandwich to be toasted they never do, also I didn’t receive any of the topping I wanted (salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan). They’re also super stingy with the ingredients and don’t put enough.

NEVER order from the app at this store. I paid for extra meat on both of my footlong subs, My husband brings them home and they have regular meat on them and the sub that was supposed to have extra veggies doesn't have extra veggies either. This is not the first time this has happened. This is actually the second time this has happened. I called to try and let them know something was wrong. They didn't answer the phone. I left a voicemail and no one has called me back.

This has got to be the worst subway I have ever solicited. The workers were foreign and could not understand them. And no I'm not racist. She made our 2 subs (toasted) and as we waited for her to wrap them up and check us out, she continued with the lady behind us that was not even with us. When she finished making that lady's sub, then she rang us up. Not to mention, the man behind the lady worker, was cutting meat and not paying attention whatsoever. We ordered both of our subs toasted and wasn't even slightly toasted, nothing but extremely dry!I will not solicit this business ever again.

#6128-9 1122 W. Holmes in the Logan Square. Just wanted to say that this is the worst subway i have ever been to. They are extremely chinsey on there subs. I ordered a turkey bacon sub. They put 4 slices of turkey on my foot long sandwich and 4 little triangles of cheese on a footlong and charged me $3 for the bacon and $2 for the additional cheese i asked for. I paid $15.79 for the worst footlong sub ever. Needless to say, I will never eat at that subway ever again and I am warning all who read this NOT to eat at the Lansing Logan Square Subway location. They suck!

Worst Subway in the entire Lansing area, they constantly forget parts of peoples orders, they messed up my delivery order today and when you call the store it just rings nobody picks up. Also the workers can often times be rude or not fully paying attention to how you ask them to make your food.

Ordered on the app! Went to pick up my order and they didn’t have half of my stuff I ordered in stock and then said they couldn’t do refund for the app I have to pick something else. Well there’s nothing else I want, just my money back. They refused. So I’m out 16$ and no food!

Not a great experience, the 2 guys who were working we trying their best but were missing ingredients and the girl who was their higher up refused to help them get ingredients ready for me and the few other people who we waiting 25 minutes. The pop also came out of the machine hot and flat instead of cold. Not a great experience for spending 28 dollars.
