The man who made my food and 2 other customers in front of me did not wash his hands in between customers. The cutting boards were dirty, oven and proofer were on with no product in them. They were out of certain meats (steak) and veggies (jalapeños). I'm an assistant manager at another subway location. This location must be having staffing issues. I will not be returning.

Today I was there and the lady making the food was the best. She was a great conversationalist. And the food was perfect.
Why is it I go in all the time they never have what I want a when I ask it cause morning didn’t prep it or make it! Night staff shouldn’t have to make soup an etc it’s night time morning should have it prepped before lucnoe dinner? I try talking to manager an all he says he isn’t the only person that opens! But it the manager job to make sure duties are done to make sure customers are happy!! Lousy manager!! Js night staff are good people

Walked in, no one behind counter. Terrible service after that. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming interior, and service. Shelves are empty. Didn't ask if my girl wanted anything or anything else. Didnt pay attention to toppings. Won't be back. Food was Subway...so, there's that.

Ordered online and sandwiches were made wrong and gross. Wont be going back to this franchise. Other franchises make a quality sandwich and this was just thrown together and smashed like a pancake. Fast food is going down the drain!

I wish I could rate my service 0 stars, MRS. O has a massive attitude problem. The whole time I was there she made me feel like I shouldn't be there. That she's too busy to help me or even cut my tomatos up in my protein bowl. I honestly don't care about the tomatoes, but she kept complaining about her job and how I can't have this or that because she is too busy to care. Even when I was asking for things in my salad bowl, she gave me the wrong things. The meat and the veggies. I wanted teriyaki chicken and she gave me regular, while I asked for cucumbers and she gave me green pepper? This employee needs to be fired, I am not surprised there is other reviews saying she is an issue. I will not be ordering there if I see her present. Here's a tip, don't work in customer service if you're not gonna treat innocent customers with decent respect.

Came in for my online order, Miss.O has an attitude problem telling me “if I couldn’t see she was behind” , ma’am I just got to the store and I’m not looking over your counter idk how many orders you got and you where so rude to that couple right before me too overall I always having amazing experience with the previous staff def will be back when there’s different staff. Also whoever is the manager plz schedule her so she ain’t by herself she needs the help.
