Walked in, no one behind counter. Terrible service after that. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming interior, and service. Shelves are empty. Didn't ask if my girl wanted anything or anything else. Didnt pay attention to toppings. Won't be back. Food was Subway...so, there's that.

Ordered online and sandwiches were made wrong and gross. Wont be going back to this franchise. Other franchises make a quality sandwich and this was just thrown together and smashed like a pancake. Fast food is going down the drain!

The only sandwich artist they have at this location is Zane. If you meet a female @ the front counter named Ola, then just leave. She is slow and has too much damn mouth.

I wish I could rate my service 0 stars, MRS. O has a massive attitude problem. The whole time I was there she made me feel like I shouldn't be there. That she's too busy to help me or even cut my tomatos up in my protein bowl. I honestly don't care about the tomatoes, but she kept complaining about her job and how I can't have this or that because she is too busy to care. Even when I was asking for things in my salad bowl, she gave me the wrong things. The meat and the veggies. I wanted teriyaki chicken and she gave me regular, while I asked for cucumbers and she gave me green pepper? This employee needs to be fired, I am not surprised there is other reviews saying she is an issue. I will not be ordering there if I see her present. Here's a tip, don't work in customer service if you're not gonna treat innocent customers with decent respect.

Came in for my online order, Miss.O has an attitude problem telling me “if I couldn’t see she was behind” , ma’am I just got to the store and I’m not looking over your counter idk how many orders you got and you where so rude to that couple right before me too overall I always having amazing experience with the previous staff def will be back when there’s different staff. Also whoever is the manager plz schedule her so she ain’t by herself she needs the help.

This place doesn't do the discounts and coupons you find online."Participating location" means nothingIts a bait and switch. They bring you in for the deal, then everything on the menu is overpriced.

I am visiting from Arizona, and I had the worst customer service that I've ever experienced at this restaurant. The person helping us was the only employee there, when we first walked in, she started by yelling at us about picking all of our breads in a very limited amount of time. My aunt was on the phone trying to figure out what to order and the employee told her to get off the phone and pick her bread.. after that she was continuously being rude when I had her add my dressings to my sandwich, she said "this is going to be a disgusting sandwich". I told her it's a good thing that it's not her sandwich. She continue to be rude to us and continue to rush us just giving continuous attitude. It was the worst experience today I've ever had and I would not recommend going to this location. There's plenty more locations in Lansing make the drive to avoid this one.

So im glad that this location can just turn down buiness. Yesterday my wife and I stop here to get dinner. When I went to open the door the lady inside had locked the door. Got behnd the counter and said where closed. This was at 8:24 pm. The door said open until 9pm. So we drover to the W.Saginaw location and spent $28.00. I will never go back to this location again. Poor customer service at its best.

I just walked into this subway location right now honestly excited to get a 6 inch pepperoni sub, but I seen the line worker wiping his sweat off his forehead with a rag, and then proceeded to just put gloves on to take my order. I told him I’ll pass and I’m gonna get somewhere else to eat.
