Staff was very polite. I enjoyed my boba tea. Cute shop.

We went here to specifically try the boba tea because the reviews said that it was the best they ever had. This is a lie. The boba pearls tasted old and the coffee jellies were absolutely disgusting (I absolutely love them every place else I have gotten them). We got a taro milk tea and a brown sugar, which is our go to elsewhere. I would have not even given them to my worst enemy. When we went back with full glasses they would not refund us. They would only replace them. Which we got the juice instead (too sweet). Would not get boba here, ever again.

I went to sugar berry yesterday on w. Saginaw Lansing Michigan. long story short; the white people were able to ask for the smaller bowl and receive it. I was told no, it was not available for me. I was told if I wanted the number to call and speak to a manager, to Google it. I made several attempts to contact the owner or manger but no answer. I was told they stop in with no notice. the Okemos store never answered. I will never go there again and I won't recommend it to black people... Grace was beyond nasty. she shouldn't be anyone's employee without training; clearly she doesn't know any better... shame on the owner and manager's for not making yourself available for customers... hiding the cups is one poor business choice; allowing it to be an option for whites only is another problem.... I regret ever doing business in this establishment!

Ordered Boba tea for the first time here and it was absolutely disgusting. I got the winter melon flavored tea and the tapioca pearls tasted old. The frozen yogurt is always good but highly disappointed in the tea I had.

The frozen yogurt and toppings are delicious ?. But the boba is not the best, it's way to sweet almost like drinking straight up juice. But the staff were very kind and friendly to my siblings while they where ordering.

We've been coming here for years but recently the staff has become rude! Hailey was not helpful and very snotty and had the worst attitude when I explained that my son's ice cream, that he gets all the time, tasted off/ bad. Asked if we could switch it for something else, she said no and they don't do refunds. She explained it is my problem as well as my young sons problem that we don't like the flavor. I explained that he does like the flavor, and that is why we got it again, but it had a bad taste. She again said it was his problem and there was nothing she was willing to do. Teenagers should not be left unattended in a business when they clearly are not able to perform customer service!

I spent 45.00 only for our cookies to be 100% stale and yogurt to instantly turn into a bowl of water. Guy behind the counter had to weigh my order 4 times first said it was $13 then jumped to 45.00. The guy behind the counter was very rude will not go back there.
