Lots of ice cream flavors and topping options to build your own delectable masterpiece. Clean. Super tasty!
This ice cream and ramen shop is amazing! The place is super clean, cozy, and has such a nice vibe 🤍 The food is delicious — especially the ice cream 🍦🍜
The staff are really friendly, and the girl who works there was so kind and welcoming. She made the whole experience even better! 🌸
I definitely recommend visiting this place if you love tasty snacks and good service
Sent my 14 year old and a friend in to get Boba tea, they charged them and handed them their drinks and said, sorry,no Boba. So we basically paid for overpriced milk flavored tea...
So disappointed… The place has a very interesting not great smell. The flavor choices are very minimal. And the flavors taste like nothing. The ice cream was extremely watered down. The Twinkie was so stale that it ripped apart and you could audibly hear the ripping sound. The cosmic brownie tasted like dirt. And overall was just very disappointing. I was surprised by my $16 total for two small cups of yogurt. Very sad this place didn’t work out.
First time at this location.
Clean, lots of toppings and fresh fruit toppings, friendly staff!
1st time visiting. The frozen yogurt is watered down. The ingredients are not very fresh. The place has a cleaning product smell.. I think it's lysol? Cute but don't expect high quality!
For one the staffing was so so rude! We walked in didn’t even get acknowledged. Two, there were practically no flavor choices. The flavors that were actually there were watery and tasteless. Thirdly, when we went to pay it was EXTREMELY expensive , three cups was 32 dollars…are we joking. We tried paying part of it with a 20 dollar bill but was rudely told we couldn’t do a split payment, which is crazy. We then payed with card, and the “receipt” was just saying the price together. No totals of each bowl or tax, nothing. The ONE good thing was the toppings, so many to choose from. Over all wouldn’t recommend.
Weird vibe
My wife and daughter went there, my daughter got one of their flavors and it went bad. The worker covered the sign and put it out of order. He then said he would still charge us for getting another one. Horrible service . Never go there again
Up until now we have always had great experiences. I went in yesterday with my two kids. We walked in, to a lady on the phone. Never acknowledged us. Just lifted her head. My daughter spoke to her to ask about some utensils for some of the toppings was never acknowledged. So I did use similar topping utensils for those toppings. We get to the counter to cash out she finally comes. No problem. She asks us cash or card I respond cash. (side note my daughter used her money and my intentions were just to give her the money back for what me and my son cost). She likes to keep track of what she spends. The lady tells us 21.84. We give her 22. So I ask for a receipt. She tells us she cannot give us a receipt for cash transactions. I respond with that is a weird policy but I need something to show what was spent in here. She keeps telling me there isn’t a way. I then ask her to just rering it in or just pull up the transaction and I will take a picture. I truly just need to know how much money to give my daughter when we got into the car. After a couple minutes she does. She turns the screen and I ask her why it says 20.84 for a card payment and 19 Something for cash. She responds she doesn’t know. I respond by say that’s odd because you told me a different price and gave me 16 cent. She does tell me after that I can give you the cash difference for the transaction. I say no. In the car I just start thinking that it 100% could have been an error but I also though about it and it could be a common scam to gain a couple extra dollars. Granted $2/$3 is not much but if 10 people encounter this issue that is $20/$30 extra. I would just be mindful and pay with a card.

Love this particular location! Incredibly clean, great flavors and toppings, and the nicest folks work there! They even let me have a small cup for my pup!!
Staff was very polite. I enjoyed my boba tea. Cute shop.
We went here to specifically try the boba tea because the reviews said that it was the best they ever had. This is a lie. The boba pearls tasted old and the coffee jellies were absolutely disgusting (I absolutely love them every place else I have gotten them). We got a taro milk tea and a brown sugar, which is our go to elsewhere. I would have not even given them to my worst enemy. When we went back with full glasses they would not refund us. They would only replace them. Which we got the juice instead (too sweet). Would not get boba here, ever again.

Wow... Very expensive! Go some were else.. I won't be back!
I went to sugar berry yesterday on w. Saginaw Lansing Michigan. long story short; the white people were able to ask for the smaller bowl and receive it. I was told no, it was not available for me. I was told if I wanted the number to call and speak to a manager, to Google it. I made several attempts to contact the owner or manger but no answer. I was told they stop in with no notice. the Okemos store never answered. I will never go there again and I won't recommend it to black people... Grace was beyond nasty. she shouldn't be anyone's employee without training; clearly she doesn't know any better... shame on the owner and manager's for not making yourself available for customers... hiding the cups is one poor business choice; allowing it to be an option for whites only is another problem.... I regret ever doing business in this establishment!
