More than a couple times buying meat from them and it's rotten. As soon as I opened the plastic I could spell how sour it was and they over season it to try to cover it up. But I washed some of the seasoning off a couple pieces to be sure and the meat was so brown and gross. This is too many times and it was $20 for this small pack of meat. I will never buy meat from them again and might travel elsewhere to spend my money. Because the women in there are so rude anyways. It's really an exhausting experience every time I go in there.

Great selection of traditional ingredients for a traditional mexican meal. They also have cookies and sweet bread and a place in thr back with fresh packaged meat and small menu to order lunch on the fly. We love their barbacoa tacos. Very good food.

It has been quite a while since I have visited Supermercado La Estrellita. I didn’t realize that they have a menu to order food. My Spanish needs work but the lady helped me with an order form and she said she speaks Spanish only. I ended up writing everything on my order form in Spanish. When she looked at it she looked super surprised. I will definitely be coming back to support their business.
