Took three times longer than it should have to order using their horrible AI computer at the drive thru. It kept interrupting me and then would take long pauses before repeating a question I already answered. So annoying that I will not be returning. If I wanted to order through a computer I would have used the app.

Ordered 5 chicken crunch wraps and literly one had more then 3 pices of meat two of them had one piece of chicken over 60$ order for lettuce never again

I have lived around here a while now and frequented this Taco Bell often. What I have seen is a continual effort to be better. I honestly believe the staff puts in real effort and works hard. I had previously rated this place lower, but the staff are great. The only issue this place ever has it that it the only place open after midnight. It’s not uncommon to see long drive through line, but I no doubt that they are working as fast as anyone would. The few times there has ever been any issue they have fixed it. Tonight I ordered through a third party and a side sauce was missing (2AM on a Saturday ) I called, and put in another delivery and they added everything missing. Even though I’m sure they were swamped they went out of their way to make it right

Went through the drive-through ordered a softshell taco combo with a lemonade and an extra soft shell taco, When I got home, I discovered I only had three tacos in the bag in the combo comes with three and I and I ordered an extra one, I’m pissed, I’m not driving my gas out just for one taco. I loaded my money damn, please check your bag before pulling off.

Used to love going here but ever since they added the AI that takes your order its so bad. Everytime I've gone since the AI got added I find my self yelling at the AI cuz it keeps thinking I said something different then what I actually said plus I've got my food wrong Everytime after It got added.im all for technology advancements but if your going to add something like this make sure it actually works first
