In understand they were busy but unfortunately 20 mins late to my order is just to long. I respect the workers they looked like they were working hard, but this doesn’t seem acceptable to me especially since I order an hour it ahead to be read at 12

We’ve tried to give this one multiple chances. Multiple times they've told us they’re “closed for 30 minutes” (come back 30 minutes later and they’ll say it again, indefinitely either until shift change or until close and have yet to give us a reason despite asking multiple times). When they do actually serve us it’s terrible quality and generally bad attitudes all around. Ex: They tried to tell me they were out of rice and asked if i’d be okay with a sub to which i said yes, then was told they just wouldn’t make it because they weren’t expecting me to agree to a substitute, then when i sat quietly for too long changed it to they can and will make it, and they put no meat in it, only rice. Have also received a “crunchwrap” that might as well have just been a lettuce and tomato burrito

Food is always wrong. Slow and employees are always obnoxious.. The lobby is a hit or miss if it’s open or not. I just won’t be going back. It cost way too much for this kind of service.

Is there a less then one star? Because I would leave none? Every time I come here the food is shit and service is worse. Tonight I was harassed on sexual assault when I called about my food, via DoorDash .. then he proceeded to call my personal phone number after I cancelled the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY HARASSS THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

We went at 9 at night, nobody but us. We were told by our cashier that they are understaffed and can't make more than 4 items. As I tried to order my food after the wife's I wasn't allowed, we got her food and left also I saw 3 workers inside. Not going back.

BIG TIME!! wonderful workers.... took my boy here cause he like that chihuahua on the T V, boy was that a good idea.... he was jumpin 🦘🦘for joy like a darn kangaroo 😂😂 LOL love my boy.. these workers.. very polite... Multiple times I've tried to get food 20-30 minutes prior to close and they're out of all their chicken, beef and steak. Once they said they were closed despite all lights being on and the hours saying they should be open. I mentioned the time and they said they couldn't put more meat down and they were short staffed.

I travel for work and have stopped at this Taco Bell a number of times. In the past the service at the drive-thru has been incredibly slow. I decided to give it another try today. The line for drive-thru looked very long. I wish I would have looked at the time to see how long I really sat there. But before I could even get up to the speaker it had been a ridiculous amount of time wasted just sitting. The line not moving. I finally just left.

Went to drive thru, the person on the microphone was very impatient, they had our food ready before we got to the window. She never told us the amount due and didn’t even say hello or look at us! When we got the burrito out of the bag it was the most disgusting looking thing I’ve seen! It looked like diarrhea in the bag! Needless to say we just threw it all away! Can not believe they can even stay in business with service like this! Horrible place!!!
