Be a good customer and you’ll get good service. I’ve been friendly and nice to them for couple years now and my food ALWAYS comes out hot and loaded. Sooo good. The manager can ever do so much with beautiful delinquents. I love Frandor Taco Bell.
Not sure if the food is high quality or not but it does taste really good.
I ordered food here at 9pm in store and it was a total mess. The staff seems like they’re trying their best but they just didn’t have enough support to get the orders out.
This results in a restaurant full of impatient people that felt very uncomfortable to be in. You’d be better off going to a different Taco Bell in the area. Even if you’re already at Frandor you can save time driving somewhere else.
Stop by at 1230 at night on a Saturday. First thing you get told is there is only two of us and it will be a substantial wait. Well if 1 guy is taking orders and one guy is making them why does it take 15 minutes per car. I’m no rocket scientist or taco bell expert but this seem excessive. I think they just cooking up some weed in there and not food. Get some quality employees. Start with a quality store manager that steps up to the plate and makes sure it runs right. If nobody shows up to work then the store manager should be in here to cover. This is the problem with the store.
Literally every time I come here they are a) very understaffed and b) give my order to someone else and I have to have them remake it after I've waited around forever. Other honorable mentions: putting chicken in my vegetarian orders, having an absolutely insane and terrible playlist. Extremely shitty taco bell.
I've had orders they said they didn't have only for them to make them hours later and force me to do a refund online. I've waited 40 minutes for food on numerous occasions. The workers will ignore you and help others like you're not there. Never order in person from here, as you'll sit and watch drive thru drivers come after you and leave with their food before you get yours. Avoid this location at all costs.
I ordered nachos Bell grande, med Cherry Pepsi, n 10 piece nugget. Only got 7, they forgot the drink, n I ordered extra beef on the nachos (which they charge for) but there was barely any beef at all. First time eating at this location, will not be back!
For some reason someone thought it was a great idea for the entire staff to work on some massive catering order that was clearly not ordered or scheduled in advance rather than have a couple on that job and the rest on the other customers like myself. It took them 40minutes to make my food which was only 4 items and typically would take 2min max to make it all. I find it easy to be kind, so I’m not upset at the people or the service, I’m not really upset at all; but looking at it from a general standpoint, this was probably the lowest tier service for any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
They messed up my order and just because I didn't go right back until I got back into town they wouldn't replace my order with the receipt

Taco Bell used to be the place you could rely on for late night food. However, this location proves otherwise. This is not the first time I have been told after waiting to get to the window that they are only taking door dash orders. If you’re open until 3am - why are you saying this hours before closing?

Every time i come here, the workers are often new, but the same attitude. Not friendly, Stone face, they move slow and act like they want to leave. Sunday, I couldn't even get service. I had been doing laundry across the street and went over to tb in between cycles. All the lights were on there were people in the dining area eating. When I got up to the speaker in the Drive-Thru, I was told, " Welcome to Taco Bell. I can't take your order right now." The statement was kind of vague, and I hung around thinking she meant that she needed a minute to be able to take my order. After about 2 or 3 minutes of sitting there, she came back on and said, "Excuse me, I can't take orders right now. We're not taking orders." I asked her if there was an issue or if they were closed, and she told me that because they didn't have a manager, they weren't able to take orders. They didn't have enough people working. Mind you, there was nobody in front of me and nobody behind me and about four people dining already in the dining area. When I go to leave, I pull up to look back to see who was working, and there was a total of four people back there standing around talking to each other. I don't know what's going on if it's just the fact that the fast food business is predominantly younger people that just suck and don't want to provide any sort of customer service Beyond pushing buttons and handing over food? Or finding excuses to not work. But these places are going to end up closing they're so bad.

Added a few things to a Crunchwrap and got a flat tortilla that doesn’t even have all of the normal ingredients

Ordered on app. Got in line. Said it would be 45 mins. Absolutely ridiculous service. Then after they said it would be 45 mins I was told we could wait or leave. We said we would leave and they added us to que so we couldn't cancel order. Still havnt gotten reimbursed for it.
