I had ordered online. But there was a little wait for my food. The staff was clearly getting orders processed in a timely manner.

This TacoBell has never gotten a single thing wrong on my lunch mobile orders and they’re almost always fast.

Today I had to order DoorDash and I didn’t get a driver for like 30 minutes, and an employee at this TacoBell, named Reese, offered to have it remade fresh because they didn’t want me to eat it cold. I thought that was fantastic service. 5 stars.

We had to wait 15+ minutes standing at the counter to have our orders taken while the employees just stood in the back talking and ignoring our attempts to get their attention.

Have been here for 20 minutes, not one employee has talked to me. I placed an online order and I have been waiting this entire time as well as 4 other people who have been here waiting longer than me. I understand if it were busy but there’s been about three cars in the drive through line and everyone else just waiting. Don’t come here if u want fast food because it is anything but fast.

Everytime I order from this location, my order is either missing an item, or it's made incorrectly. The workers do not care about the food quality. Go to another location!

As a dasher, y'all very rude and slow. I get y'all busy but not only your running away customers but dashers as well. Do better.

Frandor Taco Bell cannot handle anything. On my most recent visit, I ordered for pick up on the app, showed up late, and ended up in a semi-locked building for about 45 minutes on a weekday with 10 or so people working doordash. I watched them refuse service to people walking up to order.
They closed the lobby to the public even though I placed my order to pick up inside. After clarifying I could receive my order, I got some tortillas with barely any food inside from the manager who looked irritated that I’d even asked about my order. I ordered a new thing, so was shocked to find that I’d just wasted money on some bread I could have got quicker from the Frandor Kroger. Again, I was late to get there based on my pickup time and still had to wait 45 minutes at a fast food joint. I’ve had 15 minute waits for fast food, but 45 is a clear indicator that it feels like nobody knows what they are doing. If the corporation knew, this place would not be allowed to be called Taco Bell. Take the extra five minutes and drive to Trowbridge; they are much better about handling food, giving normal portions in their product, more kind, and respectful of time.
