Frandor Taco Bell cannot handle anything. On my most recent visit, I ordered for pick up on the app, showed up late, and ended up in a semi-locked building for about 45 minutes on a weekday with 10 or so people working doordash. I watched them refuse service to people walking up to order. They closed the lobby to the public even though I placed my order to pick up inside. After clarifying I could receive my order, I got some tortillas with barely any food inside from the manager who looked irritated that I’d even asked about my order. I ordered a new thing, so was shocked to find that I’d just wasted money on some bread I could have got quicker from the Frandor Kroger. Again, I was late to get there based on my pickup time and still had to wait 45 minutes at a fast food joint. I’ve had 15 minute waits for fast food, but 45 is a clear indicator that it feels like nobody knows what they are doing. If the corporation knew, this place would not be allowed to be called Taco Bell. Take the extra five minutes and drive to Trowbridge; they are much better about handling food, giving normal portions in their product, more kind, and respectful of time.

I was given soggy fries with a tablespoon of cheese, broken chip pieces to go with a tablespoon of guac. My hard taco shell was stale. The staff was polite and the store was clean, those are the only compliments I can give. Oh, and what kind of self respecting Taco Bell doesn't have Crunchwraps?

We ordered thru the drive thru a chicken crunch wrap supreme and 2 soft shell supreme tacos. We received chicken crunch wrap with no tomato’s and only one soft shell taco with also no tomatoes. When asked before we paid if we could add another taco because it got missed the person checking us out said they couldn’t add anything and we would have to go thru the drive thru again. I have NEVER had that happen before at a fast food place. Very disappointed in the food and overall service. Will be going to a different Taco Bell and ordering INSIDE and making sure my order is correct before I leave because food is TOO MUCH MONEY to be getting wrong. Especially when it’s this simple.
We don't eat Taco Bell much anymore since they mistreated some friends as employees a couple years ago. Today we made an exception, and the food was alright. BUT the lobby has lights hung at about 6ft and my boyfriend hit his head on one. This is ridiculous aside from directly over tables. One of them is where you stand to get sauces and straws.

They have delivery drivers come inside and wait an hour but lock the bathrooms. This is illegal and i will be contacting the health dept monday morning.

Waited 10 minutes, to pick up my mobile order from behind the counter. When I gave up, and grabbed it myself, a troll was hiding around the corner to yell at me.
The food was actually well prepared, and good tho.
