I love Taco Bell and its food but the behavior I experienced here ruined it for me. After accidentally ordering something wrong, I was immediately faced with unacceptable hostility and my concerns were shut down. Instead of being able to understand my mistake, I had to reorder entirely due to the lack of customer service skills of some of the workers, even after asking kindly. I don’t believe it was meant to be hostile but customers deserve more respect.

Ordered $31 worth of food on the app to arrive at the restaurant and be told they are closed because they have no hot water and there is nothing they can do but have me call a 1-800 number the next day. Extremely rude and non helpful workers. Don’t lose your money and Avoid this Taco Bell at ALL cost!!!!

This location is much better than others in the area. I went today and was there maybe 5 minutes total. The employe taking my order was super friendly and the food was really good (for Taco Bell!)

Some Of The Employees Are Violent!This Happened At About 10:00+pm Monday November 9th!I Felt Threatened!1 Of The Tall Black Skinny Males At This Location Needs To Be Fired Immediately I Emailed Corporate!He Took Nearly Forever To Give Me My Change Back!He Handed Me My Food!Then When I Said"Dude I Gave You Guys A $5"He Said"Oh You Did Then He Mumbled"He Went And Did Something Else And When I Didn't Leave Right Away!He Stood In The Pathway From Behind The Window On Purpose And Flexed At Me When I Asked For My Change Back!That Almost Set Me Off!He Acted Like He Wanted To Come Out To My Car And Fight Me Over $2+Whatever Change Amount It Was!I Did Not Deserve That Kind Of Unprofessional Behavior!I Bought 2 Chipotle Grilled Chicken Melts $1.29 Plus$1.29 Does Not Equal A Whole $5.00 And If You Are Going To Hire People For 4 Hours And Then Have Them Cash Out YOUR MANAGERS NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN COUNT!BECAUSE HE CLEARLY COULDN'T COUNT!He Flexes At Or Rips Off The Wrong Person You Are Going To Have A Major Issue On Your Hands.I Even Said THANK YOU After I Got My Change Even Though He Was Completely Rude To Me!He Didn't Even Want To Give My Change Back!Don't Your Managers Train Your Employees THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR CHANGE!

Always under staffed on a weekend. 5 door dashers with multiple orders each and there’s only two employees making orders. I heard them say one time they’re understaffed because the manager wants some type of bonus which is crazy. Crazy world we live

they only fill the side order of nacho cheese, not even a quarter of the little cup, food is often cold, chips from chips n cheese order were completely stale. might be the worst spot for taco bell

This place is a mess. I went overnight and ordered a number 3 combo with 2 extra tacos. Simple, right? The drive thru worker read back the completely wrong order, so I had to correct the whole thing. (He tried ringing me up for chalupas and a chalupa box). After I paid, I was waiting and the drive thru worker kept opening the window and staring at me, then he would close the window. It was super uncomfortable. Finally, I was given food, but it wasn't my order and there was no drink. The worker then walked away from the window before I could get his attention. I had to knock on the window and flag down someone else who told me to pull forward. I waited several more minutes. He brought out the food, but forgot the drink... again. I asked where the drink was, he brought it out and it was the wrong drink. To top it all off, my food was made incorrectly like they didn't know the menu. This location isn't worth the trouble. Probably best to wait a few hours til morning when places open for breakfast.

Although the orders took a bit, it was no issue at all. They had so many customers waiting but continued to offer up anything they could. Offered drinks to everyone while waiting and gave free taco coupons for the long wait. D'Anthony is a great employee and gave awesome service. My friends and I had no problem waiting.

never did a review on a restaurant before but this is crazy to me. came to the drive thru and they said I have to do DoorDash only / online orders. wtf ? so I went inside and they said they can't take orders right now. keep in mind its 10pm and they close at 4am. they are just lazy and not prepared to give food out. Wow.

I'm a dasher and I refuse to deliver orders from here anymore. Slowest most careless staff I've ever seen, worst taco bell I've been to. Shouout to that one young kid who was the only one to ever help
