Taco Bell

My orders involve a lot of personalization because I can't eat beef, and they always get it right. I was starving yesterday around 230pm, the headset person said they were new, totally polite and patient. Thank you for satisfying my cravings ☺️. I wanted to leave a positive review because there was a slip of paper in my order, asking to contact the manager if anything was wrong. I've only been here a few times, and every time I'm satisfied. I like this Taco Bell location!

Hostile employees. Ordered 2 large nacho fries in the drive thru. Checked my order in the parking lot, and noticed both were halfway filled. Went inside and asked the gentlemen if they can fill the container rest of the way, he went to inform the lady at the drive thru window and she began yelling. I overheard the guy encouraging her to get mad, and I spent a few minutes being glared at before she came around and slammed another bag in front of me before storming off. Will never come back.

This is the worst Taco Bell in Lansing. Never gets your order right things are always missing and they make you pull up to the side to wait for the rest of your order just to only give you half the order so what did I have to wait for ..

I went through the drive-thru since it was super cold, and the staff was warm and friendly. My food was prepared fast and everything was really good. Thank you so much for the great service!

Went through drive through tonight and at first they kept cutting us off and rushing our order. Made it to window waited for 5 minutes for order. Bag looked short. Got home 3 tacos were missing and 3 were wrong. Called twice no answer third time girl answered said some get your remake and hung up in middle of me talking. Called back and didnt hang up but was still rude. Sent my so. To get the remake and girl at window said they heard us talking crap and thwy arent remaking our food. Our conversation had nothing to do with Taco Bell or the employees. My son calked me and i was listening to the girl say she aint remaking n9thing and kept slamming thw window. Then opened qindow and said they were gonna call the cops. The tacos qerwnt wven worth $10. So i called and asked to speak to the manager. The girl said why whats your name and did you need a remake. They must have caller i.d.manager finally got on kept calling me sweetheart. I told her that was unprofessional and she dont know who answered but they werent making the order or missing tacos. So 2 of my kids went without.i told her are they understaffed stressed or not making enough. All for 6 tacos. Told me to have a nice nighr and hopefully we will get some more tacos. Rude! Unprofessional!! Just hiring anybody and let them just treat customers any kind of way

This place never seems to get our full order correct. But tonight sealed the deal for me I will never go there again..before I even left the drive thru from picking up a mobile order I asked the person at the window if they made sure there wasn't any lettuce on my sons tacos he said idk I didnt make them so then I said can you find out becuz mind you food was 50$ and it was snowing tonight sso I knew I would be mad if I had to come back etc ...nope no ma'am no lettuce I decide I'm still gonna look Anyway cuz its always his tacos that are messed up how hard can it be to jus read the screen no lettuce and make..it's not so I have to dri e ack around drive thru cuz I pulled off..from there it jus got worse im not writing a book but they thought they were funny and I was rude but I wasn't rude until they were..I know sounds like I'm being a "karen".
Im not i wasn't I jus will never go there again. It was that bad of an experience I had to wait for them to be remade of course they took there sweet time while I already had to wait behind the cars in front of me it still wasn't ready when my turn was up and all the rest of the food was cold and no one ate it.oh another thing had a ordered new chicken nuggets there was only 4 nuggets instead of 5 and they those I did eat im thinking those could be really good if they would have bee hot..
Last time I ever go to mlk taco bell and waste money again. I don't even like leaving this bad review but this literally happen everyother time my family wants taco bell and I would jus send a message on app be uz it happen everyother time. I always have proof always retur n the food back so someone can actually see that it isn't for free food I know people do that i have done same type job before this isn't that this is them legitimately messing it up all the time like seriously everyother time so I decided to do this becuz they obviously don't care if food right their not eating it.

Ordered the quesadilla combo. After opening the sleeve there was a lot burnt pieces from the grill inside the sleeve. I would definitely recommend that they clean their grill before putting food in the sleeve to prevent that from happening.
