Garbage employees working there lately, when they first opened up I enjoyed visiting this location. Last few times, including today, were terrible. It has been a waste of time, the left lane is for door dash and delivery services, the right lane is for regular orders. I follow the instructions but then get skipped over 4 times to non-delivery orders being taken on the left side while im just sitting in the right lane like an idiot. Thinking im next, I wait..2 more cars get served on the left while ive been there for 15 min waiting now. Just went off on the guy at the window, will not be returning back. The employees are incompetent at best.

I have been pulling up through the drive thru on my motorcycle for as far back as I can remember! I am now being told that they refuse to serve me on my bike... Yet there dining room is closed for construction!!!?

This is the best Taco Bell in Lansing. They don't ever forget anything and my food looks like it does in the commercials. Whoever is working here is killing it. I placed my order on the app around 5pm this Sunday.

3.19$ for chips and cheese? Like literally 10-15 chips and a small thing of cheese. Taco Bell has become way too expensive for what it is.

Got the Cantina Crispy Chicken and it was a completely gross, greasy, room temp mess with congealed cheese all over the place except in the actual taco, and they didn’t even give us the green sauce it’s supposed to come with. They also mixed up one of the Tacos, we ordered the chicken soft taco, but got some beef and veggie thing. All of it was completely unappetizing, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

Won’t make changes to your food, doesn’t have potatoes, fries, chalupas, Baja blast or soft shell tacos. Probably wouldn’t come here ever again. Absolutely useless in every way

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, watched 3 cars drive off while waiting. Lady at the window was nice. All the food came out right but the way they were cooked was awful. Wife was so excited to try the new chicken taco & burrito and both of the chicken were pretty much burnt and felt like we were eating jerky. My locos tacos supreme were at the bottom of the bag crushed. The only good thing was the beefy five layer burrito and the baja blast. Probably won’t come back unless last case scenario.

Very slow to acknowledge my presence standing at the cash register..
Maybe a person standing behind the counter to help customers with their order, would speed things back up.
Maybe call them cashiers?
