Every time I come thru the drive thru it’s nothing but bad never have my order correct I literally always have something missing this is ridiculous. The lady at the window argued with me when I simply told her I only had 3 of 4 things and she kept trying to tell me it’s all in the bag I then had to take out everything to show she was wrong.

Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for mobile order and watched while other people came in and were served before I was even though I was there first. Also watched the cook mess up the same order 2x and started yelling about it. When he finally gave me my food, he commented that I looked irritated and laughed in my face. Avoid this location whenever possible!

Although the long lines, extremely long waiting period throughout the evening the overall experience of faster than not Mexican style food is decent to say the least.
Had a momentary issue with my payment method and Jennifer J is gonna sit there and tell me I don't have any money on my card. That's not how you talk to customers when their card is declined. She's super rude and acts ghetto and uneducated.
The employees will stand right outside the front door and smoke weed. I don't care that they smoke, just curious why they are allowed to do it right outside the door. I thought Michigan had a law of 50 feet from the entrance. Either way, it's on MLK, so makes sense that the expectations would be lower. That entire area needs an overhaul.

Ordered through doordash. They forgot my crunchwrap supreme. I feel like they just didn’t want to make it because it was semi complicated. They also forgot a drink. The dasher was waiting for our food for atleast 20 minutes. Doordash refused to give us a refund. Super

Broooooo. Made some bad decisions and came through late one night. I wish I would’ve gotten the guys name but u just wanted two Baja blasts for my boyfriend and I. Dude at the window never gave us our total so when we got to the window, he handed us our drinks and said “it’s in the house” DUDE it’s been suchhhhh a rough week and those free drinks literally changed my entire night. Taco bell will always be the superior food place
Loosely managed,No customer interaction except to take your cash.A lot of F--bombs being dropped in front of us as customers explains why there's very few customers in the place any time I drive by.Won't be revisiting any time soon.

Rice beans and cheese filling was good, but shell was chewy. Needed to be cooked. Crunchy taco was ok. Beefy cheesy crunch was good, but not worth $5. Gave the atmosphere 5 stars because staff was upfront about the wait time and had a positive attitude for 3am. But 25 min to serve 4 cars in front of me and one that cut (mobile order) seemed too long
