★☆☆☆☆ Tacos e Mas – Where Accountability Goes to Die
Pulled up to grab a customer’s order yesterday and these geniuses had already handed it off to the wrong driver. Translation: they gave someone else’s food to a random person who walked in and said “yeah, that’s mine.” When I told the blonde lady at the counter that she’s supposed to verify the pickup on the app, she hits me with the classic “I’ve been doing this for 30 years” line — which, judging by how things went, might’ve been 30 years of doing it wrong.
Instead of owning the mistake, she doubled down, got an attitude, told me to “take it up with Uber,” and then threatened to have me banned for trying to explain how not to get scammed. You can’t make this up.
If you value your food, your time, or basic human decency, skip this spot entirely. The service is a joke, the professionalism doesn’t exist, and apparently verifying who picks up an order is just “too advanced” for them. Zero accountability, zero respect, zero stars.

My Company bought our lunch for our inventory and I suggested you guys, everyone was happy with the choice of food! Food was excellent and was fresh and hot when we got it to our store!! We will be ordering again from you guys! Once again Thank you to all the staff for the amazing good!!!

I got a couple chicken tacos for lunch and they were so good. Great pricing and lots to chose from, the only thing I didn't care for was the guac.. it had too much lime in it for my taste, but other folks might love it. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend

Order tacos they put their Ben’s on top of the tacos that went all over the bag do better at and maybe have somebody at the counter instead of standing in the back when customers come in.

There is a portly woman with a terrible attitude that has a terrible attitude and lets everyone know she has a husband and doesn’t need this job… her husband takes care of her so she feels the need to not talk to customers with sense or decency. Her attitude is terrible . Please do not come to the restaurant when she is there! They messed up my order and she refused to have them fix it.
