I went there right after they opened and their concept wasn't 100% clear to me. I tried the food and found their competitors to be better. I haven't been back since.

Asked to be sure no meat or cheese on my spinach burrito. There was chunks of beef and chicken in my burrito. Obvious signs of a dirty kitchen. Won't be back.

Slow service. The cook does not follow the orders as they come. They Skip orders for their convenience. ..i asked why 4 ppl order after mine received order first. Cook had misplaced my ticket and just licated it. At cash said oh..steak takes longer to cook....the cook drops the meat on the grill as he answers. All their meats are pre.cooked. a lie after a screw up causes this reputation

Very authentic! Traveling often to Monterrey in Mexico I can personally tell you the tacos are authentic and are the ones you get off the streets in Mexico. So delicious, and priced reasonably. It's family owned, and I met the son today and the mother is from Monterrey and started the restaurant 3 years ago!

Went there on taco Tuesday, food was good, very original, not same old same old. I would go there again

Might have caught them on an off-day. Walked in, ordered the nachos. Seemed like a safe bet. Food received in about 2 minutes. +1 for great service. Received ~17 chips, and more than half necessitated the use of a fork. +1 for the hot salsa because that stuff is super hot. Not hating, perhaps the food is on point other times but I didn't get that feel.

Good food and a nice atmosphere. We went on Taco Tuesday so tacos were only $1.99 (steak tacos aren't included, so those remain the same price). Prices are competitive with the downtown Lansing area.

Had the nachos with chorizo and potatoes, was really great. They have a few salsas to choose from, can get pretty spicy. Would definitely visit again.
This place is wonderful. Clean location, friendly staff, and a "salad bar" full of toppings so you can add as much cilantro, sour cream, or cheese as you want. My favorite filling is the cortadillo.

Really like this place. Good tacos, but the nachos are my go to. The salsa/topping bar is what sets it apart from the other options in town. Lots of good choices.

Stopped by because I was craving chorizo tacos. This place is clean, spacious, and bright, with lots of affordable options on the menu. There is lots of seating inside and lots of metered parking available on the street outside. My food was great!
