Let me write a start to finish experience. The server didn't even walk us to our table. She ran ahead, dropped the menus and ran off.The experience with the chips and salsa wasn't bad but I can't say it's the best I've had.The food was mediocre and as another reviewer mentioned. The cheese is just Gordon food services cheese sauce on everything. The bathroom was clearly in need of work and was not clean.

Good food but horrible & unprofessional service. We overheard staff speaking about our table being messy (they assumed we didn’t speak Spanish). It was impossible to get anyone’s attention whenever we needed something

We ordered the quesadilla, burrito supreme with pastor, and carne asada. The flavors of the meat were really good and we enjoyed our food, but the flavors of the meat kind of get lost with the flavors of all the other ingredients. I think maybe if it was seasoned just a bit more it would be perfect!I was really craving horchata but mine was super watered down which was sooo so sad ? it just tastes like sweet water. The chips and salsa were really good! I just wish the portion size was larger. They were mini chips and salsa lol.Service dragged a bit and it took a long time to get our bill and a waitress knocked into our table with her cart and didn’t really acknowledge us so that kind of rubbed me the wrong way.All in all i enjoyed the food more than anything and want to come back to try more things.

The burritos here are delicious. Highly recommend the red sauce. Great flavor and a hint of smoke.

Based on the reviews I'd say my experience was a fluke, but I just can't get over bowling alley cheese sauce for queso. It was on the nachos too. I'd expect this from a carnival or a trampoline park, not a Mexican restaurant. Food was cold and service was nonexistent. Others around me did seem to enjoy their food, so I guess they key takeaway is try anything but the queso or nachos.

First time there, tried it based on. Recommend from one of my sons. He insisted that they had the best Beria tacos around…he was right. We were a party of four, I had the Beria dinner plate, 3 tacos and beans and rice. The tacos were massive, filled with the most juicy and tender shredded beef I’ve ever had with a dipping sauce that was extremely flavorful. The beans and rice were excellent. Hot sauces were…hot, and had great flavor as well. The Queen had shrimp with garlic butter sauce - very tender and well cooked shrimp, and the sauce wasn’t too heavy. The other couple had Molcajete bowl - it was enormous. Packed with pretty every protein available. The chorizo was especially tasty. All in all we were very happy with the food, it came out quickly, looked awesome, and the flavors were better than expected. The service was as good as the food, very polite and helpful without being in the way. The best part of the evening was when the owner had a special dessert made for us and it was awesome! Don’t be fooled by the fact this place is in a strip mall, the food is as good as you will anywhere in the Lansing area
