This place is so good and the portions are pretty good, too. Mario and Ana are super friendly and kick out some absolutely great food in a matter of minutes. They're SO fast and the food is awesome. Makes it the perfect lunch spot. No huge wait and 1000 times better than some bs fast food u would get in the same time. I go there twice a week and don't plan to stop anytime soon.

Great favors. Excellent portions. Very nice man taking your order and making your food in front of you. Great spicy sauce; I couldn't get enough. Really can't ask for more.

Excellent authentic Mexican food. I ordered traditional steak tacos with onion cilantro and lime on corn tortillas. The hot salsa was great! The staff were very nice, and the food was by far the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Prices were very reasonable. I will for sure be back.

Taqueria Monarca is awesome! The City of East Lansing had their food truck provide lunch for their annual staff picnic, which was my first time trying it- I had the steak tacos with corn tortillas and spicy sauce. They were delicious and comparable to the ones I’ve had in SoCal near the Mexican border. Best tacos in the Midwest IMO! The tortillas were soft, everything tasted fresh, and the balance of flavor with the meat, onions, cilantro, and spicy but not too spicy sauce was perfect. I also loved the selection of Jarritos they had to drink and the two staff working were very kind and sweet. This is a food truck worth hunting down!

The owners are an amazing couple who are so kind and who are so incredibly customer driven. The nachos and tacos are amazing. Great place to come for a lunch break or to just have authentic Mexican food. Thank you so much Mario and Ana!

Best mexican-fusion food in La nsing. The Jalapeno Mongolian beef, is out of this world!

This is not your average taco truck. Food is creative, eclectic, and tastes great. I had an awesome burrito with chorizo and steak. Can't wait to go back and try different menu items.
