Local place w decent pizza and a very decent happy hour. Great for a relaxed drink after work. There's deals on Tuesdays, karaoke sometimes, and a generally, very casual atmosphere. Outdoor seating is nice w plenty of shade for the vampires among us, and lots of sun for the day walkers.

Took awhile for anyone to come to our table for drink or food orders. The trust us cocktail was not good. Pizza was good, nothing special. Outdoor patio was nice. Overall, nothing I would return for.

Feels like the church-of-the-resurrection for blissfully everyday gastrophiles. The sort of place that invites children’s books and public mourning if it closes down. Profoundly queer in what the everyday can look and smell like - in a very sweet local way.
Addendum: Aug 17 10:17pm. It's a meaningfully meat joint, don't lose your guts if veg feels otherwise.
Vegetarian options: Nominally limited, but feels exactly like the spot where you can just about anything on the menu for a full Veg and somewhat Vegan story.

I love The cosmos/Zoobies they have the best "high end" pizza in Lansing. I say high end because I mean high quality toppings with a wide variety at a premium price, but it's worth it. If you are looking for a great experience and not generic pizza The Cosmos/Zoobies is a must try.
Sidenote: The Cosmos and Zoobies are split down the middle between the family style restaurant and the bar area each with their own name but in the same building. They are essentially the same place.

Saw this on Diners, Dives and Drive-ins. Disappointed. Had the veggie pizza. Taste was bland with very little veggies. Horrocks is 100 times better. Don’t waste your time or money!
